I remember in the early 90s reading about how some party maybe libertarians wanted people to move to some district so they d get a seat in the house.

The other thing that's made me racist is that if blacks suffer from white oppression why do they want to live in white communities and go to white schools?

Yeah, that as well. The nicest way to describe KBJ is she's like an excited kid with middling intelligence who somehow got into Harvard. She just doesn't shut the fuck up and it obviously pisses off all the other justices.

That was it, thank you. I think there was also one time Kagan said "uhhhh that's an interesting theory" in response to something KBJ said but then explained why it was illegal. KBJ is painfully stupid and, if I were black, I'd be offended by her presence on the Supreme Court.

Her father and mother were were both teachers and had been educated at historically black colleges and universities. Dad was apparently the chief attorney for the Miami-Dade County School Board. Mom was the principal at a public magnet high school. She is a product of Black academia.

It's not just her accent and diction, although that's a big part of it. It's also the way her voice literally sounds. She sounds like a white girl. I've never encountered this sort of thing in my life and it sort of spooks me.

Antifa in Portland has been suspiciously quiet since the Gaza ceasefire and Chicago ICE is being ordered by a nigger judge to take down the fences keeping hordes of spics and local Antifa from blocking their driveway.

But no. The judge IMMEDIATELY granted the order, the very second the lawyers were finished speaking. She was repeatedly harping on "the merits" and no doubt that will feature heavily in the written order. She also made a crack about waiting "with bated breath" to hear about said merits when the inevitable preliminary injunction hearing comes along (as I recall it was scheduled for the 28th).

Minute entry for today's proceedings wherein the judge granted the TRO against the Trump admin making any more RIFs (reductions in force, firings) during the gov shutdown. This is just the minutes, she still needs to enter her official written order. Notice she continues to harp on "the merits" of the case.
