Maybe Turks and other third-worlders treat their dogs like crap, but it is not going to fly here. His die-hard fans are expecting Hasan to prove the world wrong and to show everyone that he loves that dog, but Hasan doesn't have it in him. He's been half-heartedly trying to show affection, but it hasn't been convincing to say the least. And when he realizes that a permanent change is expected, and that he will not be able to use Kaya as a prop in the background, I think we won't be seeing Kaya that much anymore...

I think a lot of thr focus is misplaced here. As we all know, Hasan is the cocksleeve of his sponsors. They want a tough guy with hekkin wholesome progressive takes to slap an association with their goods and services onto. They want his audience to grow as he becomes the "Left's Joe Rogan" :story:. But this won't destroy him. It's another knock on his ability to deliver what they are looking for, though. First, Sam Hyde, an unhinged comedian from Massachusetts fedposts Hasan live on pay per view and gets away with it. Tough guy image immediately became less secure, as half the internet was cackling at "NO, IN REAL LIFE!!!!" The Kayagate scandal is now bringing that heckin' wholesomerino idea into shaky ground to say the least. Incidents like this won't break Hasan directly, what they do, however is make it such that there is probably a quiet search for a replacement who doesn't have this baggage piling up. Once they find a batch of candidates, you'll hear about them on Twitch. One of them just might stick, and when that happens, the roach will be slowly, not immediately or dramatically, replaced.

The major gratitude of all of this is Hasan has to watch this happen and understand it, and just like a good little prostitute, he'll take it without so much as a whimper as the sponsors twist the knife.

My autistic ass was pondering this last night and I came to a conclusion Id like to share

I think that while people are right to be concerned about him not receiving just consequences there is more happening that most give credit to, this "collargate" issue, even if only briefly, broke into the public consciousness, millions of people now have only heard of Hasan in this context, if he is ever brought up to them again their immediate thought and likely response will be "Ohh yea the collar guy"

By taking that and combining it with the fact you cant meaningfully "join" his community unless you sit passively waiting for 3 months (their attention spans cant handle that) Hasan has artifically isolated himself from any new viewers and most importantly chatters. As life continues for one reason or another, life getting in the way, changing opinions, lossing jobs, his chatters that he has "sequestered" will slowly leak out like air out of a tire from a hole to small to see, its almost imperceptible until one day you go to drive you car and it makes an expensive "KA-FLUMP and you spin a rubber coated rim across the pavement.

What I mean by that long metaphor is Hasan has decided to self isolate to protect himself but in the same action he is dooming any chance for long term growth, its all slow stagnation and decline from hear on out. Idk though, thats my optimistic read on it, id love yalls thoughts.

i made it 3 minutes in and this slacktivist cunt is already making shit up or just blatantly lying about the details:
  • shows a picture of the (PG-300) vibration model as the collar in question which is thoroughly debunked as it is.
  • says that the tape on the back is there to hide Hasan's phone number (very original theory introduced by Taylor Lorenz and no one else).
  • says that people are arguing that Hasan soldered prongs and shock mechanism onto a vibration only model (bitch what).
