It's a bad look. He knows it's a bad look, otherwise he wouldn't move it or try to hide it. He knows it has negative connotations, bad associations. He might try to talk his way out of it but it's going to fail, because everyone is generally picking up on the dissonance between what he says vs. what his actions are. The hard part is people being able to articulate those feelings clearly, but they're pretty universal.

Some people mentioned throughout the thread that there might not even be any staff, and like you said, she's the owner, she can "overrule" them.

The more likely case is that she's just using that shit as an excuse to save face (I mean, it's Pokimane), as she doesn't want to face backlash from Hasan and his followers, while also not directly uploading the podcast to not face backlash from anyone else.

If what she's saying is true, why not just upload the video and "deal" with the staff later? She's just trying to be a sneaky fence sitter as always.
