As I've said, he does not think he did anything wrong regarding the Pixie situation. In his mind, the problem is he keeps picking bad people to be friends with. Despite this happening because a friend (Pixie) trusted him with intimate videos, and he violated her consent by sending them to a minor he had been talking to for 10 days. This situation is making him re-think how he chooses friends, meaning he will now choose even meeker friends who have no boundaries or spine and will let him violate their trust without saying anything about it. He will continue to do things like this because he doesn't think he did anything wrong except for chose Pixie as a friend.

Likewise he doesn't think it was wrong of him to record him and Chaeiry having sex without her knowledge, and he doesn't think it was wrong to send the recordings to 12 different fangirls who would recognize her voice. He thinks the wrong thing was choosing Chaeiry to do that to because she spoke up about it.

Meaning he will keep doing things like this and this thread will reach 10,000 pages and he will continue to be confused about why he ends up in these situations. Perfect lolcow :popcorn:

From hearing him talk, his personality on video, I can picture him having a psychotic breakdown in a few years, which he won't recover from, because he is always correct about everything. He has it all figured out!


By the way, why does his community think Destiny is the most charitable person online, when the truth is complete opposite? Where did that come from? Its such a blatant lie. Do they really believe that? Did they watch a single Destiny debate?
Lets think back to his first debates online, when he started off and became successful by behaving like a shark, as soon as he smelled blood he would interpret his opponent's argument it in most damaging way possible, and ridicule them. His audience used to, and still probably loves his 'bloodsports'. He does not treat his opponents with any respect, and always sees their arguments in the worst possible light. He is the debate pervert.

What is even the chance the case gets dismissed at this point? With the continuous distribution argument and Abby's testimony on receiving the video, I thought they had enough to get past dismissal/summary judgement. How likely is it @Potentially Criminal ?

Listen, I didn't listen to Erudite talk for a long time, I forgot how much she bothers me and I was trying to not be as bad faith and UNHINGED as the rest of you guys. As we all know, bad faith is one of the the worst things you can be. Right?

Anyway, I listened to that Whick panel where she was arguing with Lactoid about whether the right wing or the left wing has a better solution to crime. And at some point during the panel she mentioned that she spent a lot of time with psychopathic youth and would agree that you can't do anything to treat them other than maybe convince them that their awful behavior should be stopped for their own benefit. At first, I thought it was insane that she can't map this onto Destiny at all. But then I remembered that she can't think this about Destiny. Because Destiny is the perfect being.

She admires him so much that she's taken on so many of his mannerism. His speech patterns. His abrasive way of arguing with people. And soon the transformation will be complete. Once she's mastered the personality, she's going to take his skin. And then she'll be complete. She'll be perfect. Nick always loved Destiny. And if she can become the perfect Destiny, Nick will love her more than he loves the other girls.

The story on this got lost in a lot of the excitement at the time, but when the doxxed footsie ninjahealer came in here he explained what happened with the J6 documentary.

It got procrastinated on until a few weeks before the election. Destiny outsourced the research and assembly of clips to a group of discord jeets, who then outsourced the editing to a jeet scammer who took a $10k crowdsourced payment (not destiny’s money btw - it was dgjeet contributions) and absconded with the money and stopped replying.

Very funny stuff. It’s like an indian nesting doll of outsourcing and scamming.

Of course there’s no sweat off of destiny’s back because the jeets worked for free and he didn’t put any time or bankroll into the effort - despite him easily affording the $10k.
