Normally going to FedEx would be something you could map very easily on a flowchart, I'm curious to know how Russ fucked it up. My guess is they told him the conditions he needs to get the service he wants and tried to argue he should be a exception to how things are normally done.

The shipping part is pretty straightforward, FedEx is set up so the people behind the counter do all the work. I bet the problem came with him trying to print something out. That's easy enough if you're familiar with computers and brought a thumb drive with your docs, you rent a computer for a half hour and pay per page.

But Russ probably just brought his iPhone and wanted to email someone the letter, have them print it, and only pay for the stamp+1 page.

I think he fails to understand just how impossible he is to understand. Not to mention how incredibly greasy, whiny, annoying, smelly, ugly, and repulsive he is. Not to mention how drenched in drool you likely end up being after he is done talking to you. You put that altogether, and most people are going to be instantly incited to violence and bloodlust just being in proximity to him, let along talking to him.

I don't think he's that hard to understand, for a guy with his condition.
He most likely pesters any attractive female clerk, and gets pissy when she has the male clerks step up to deal with him, like someone said above.

I've had to do that with certain male customers when I worked retail. Thank God the store had great security guards.

@Useful_Mistake tried to dig it up, the court said they didn't have a transcript for the small claims case and the local news station that recorded the video (now taken down and only archived by Rekieta's reaction) said they wouldn't sell their footage either

He could definitely at least connect with some other lolcows, maybe go on a podcast to get some super berry money. If the upcoming sanctions in his case against Null go Null's way then he's looking at a multi-thousand dollar hit to the hooker fund, going on Kino Casino or something would put a big dent in that.
