It could just be some frivolous bullshit intended to bankrupt him via legal fees regardless of whether he wins or not. Normally I'd hate it, but I'm gonna love any lawsuit that brings the Jomhas closer to the abyss tbh. I can't fucking fathom the sort of melty they'll have if they have to go through a lawsuit. There was no mention of KF in the chat, not even a hint of it. I think it’s all just bullshit and Ian privated the VOD out of paranoia Ethan would sue him over even pondering using his likeness in a video game, probably most worried he’d hit him with a C&D which could lead to a public phone booking. Discord tard may have jumped to conclusions about KF archiving the stream for Ethan to find. Because IF Ethan wanted to send Ian a C&D he could easily find his address with a cheap PI but I really don’t think he wants to sue these fags.

They seem to be going to greater links to not dox themselves again. Also there’s a possibility something was said or shown that could have lead to a phone booking from one of us.

They would make that shit public if only to try and get money and asspats from the H3 snark crowd and, of course, the Turkroach. I still want to see Lex Jewthor sue them for all their worth. Right now my guess is it's just paranoia. That stuff about Ethan having a KF account didn't really make any sense, why would that lead to him suing the Jomha's? I don't think we've uncovered anything illegal that Ethan wouldn't know.

I can remember him making his schedule for the rest of October and then playing erdles (he also clearly had his hair cut as well). I watched up until the 2 hour mark before I turned it off as it was incredibly boring and he was just playing Erdles/games and I had other things to do. If Ian is starting to private his livestreams for whatever reason, I'll have to pay more attention to it moving forward, how boring it might be.

I looked through the notes I made during those 2 hours (which aren't a lot) and he didn't mention Ethan or the Kiwi Farms in any way, shape or form. There's one mention of Michael Briggs ("disgraced boxing coach") but I remember it not being interesting. (Something about Ian having pictures of him. Don't remember the full details).

I also have screenshots that prove this is the October 7th livestream I'm talking about (notice how "START" on the calendar is on October 7th).

Skimming through it, he watched a video about climate change and American water, and then proceeded to watch some video about how soy beverages are made (Not even joking. He really is the stereotypical bug man). I know I didn't see any of this during the first two hours, so I'll look through it and see what I can find.
