No. That wasnt a specific Federal cause of action prior to CARDII. Nearly all Federal civil cases are people suing under a state laws and tort theories.

She could sue him in Federal Court but she would need diversity jurisdiction if CARDII fails and that would be impossible under the currents circumstances.

It’s pretty much guaranteed that the format is DD/MM/YYYY, I’m honestly almost surprised this still seems to be unresolved in the filings.
