The dog in this video was terrified and was trying to escape back to its sedentary enforced position and this evil jerk inflicted pain that made the dog yelp.
Yeah that's the one that takes me from 99% sure that it's a shock collar and not the dog yelping about something else as Hasan coincidentally fidgets with something and yells at her for nothing to 100%.

i know that's not what he did. but devices like that, that sense any loud noise (say a book falling, some loud chatter, doors slamming, and whatnot.) shouldn't be owned by retarded owners. i'm saying hasan would own one of those being that he cannot shut his fucking mouth up unless he's watching a video and doing fuck all commentary. he would constantly yell, the device would trigger, and the dog would get scared from the sound. (annoyment or not, some people who have had those devices have said that after frequent usage their dogs would get so frightened that they dont wanna go near their owners)
