I can't think of a single charitable way to interpret this, even if the hand movement for the presumed remote and the way to dog yelps somehow aren't a shock collar, freaking out and scolding her over just stading up is already insanely deranged? How is this dude not universally hated?
 
I remember when Idubbbz was visiting and Kaya was all over him, loving the pets and attention. Hasan turned to him annoyed and was like "you can just push her off." Kaya is clearly starved for affection, and Hasan is annoyed by her.
 
I'm not a dog person but this is utterly fucking infuriating. Keep this turkroach away from that poor thing.

That kind of yelp is certainly of pain, his lack of real reaction to that yelp says he's likely the cause. Been around dogs a long time and I immediately used to lose my shit whenever my dogs yelped (Even if it was me playing too rough, I'd always want to cuddle them up and stuff). Him just giving the dog shit for essentially wanting off it's "Bed" just seems gross.
Now, is it a shock collar?

He reaches for something after saying "Fucking stop", the dog yelps, flinches it's paw up and immediately returns to position, this would definitely suggest some form of pain-based training apparatus which the dog has learned to go "I must lie down when I feel this pain", he then seemingly moves whatever it is away from where it was off to the side. I imagine yes, it is a shock collar and it's fucking abusive, especially just for the sake of fucking vanity of "Having the dog in frame while I talk shit".
