Archive of the TikTok (archive):Reminds me of a recent post on /r/fuckcars (I am too lazy to archive) where some Tiktok zoomer was complainng about having half a block to some drive-through coffee shop (didn't catch the name or identify the place). His "why you don't put the coffee shop in the apartment building" lacks understanding of why that's not a good business practice and why drive-through restaurants tend to do well while "mixed-use" storefronts tend to struggle. (I don't think I need to explain it here, but will if asked).
It's a Scooter's Coffee in Davenport, Florida (a suburb of Orlando):

The development is brand new and has no satellite imagery on Google Maps.
While not the same aesthetic that they like, the area is actually fairly walkable because it's located on a major commercial arterial street.
Within walking distance of that apartment complex (which is irrelevant because it's Central Florida and no one walks outside due to the heat and humidity), there are three coffee shops, an ice cream store, two
