Im still genuinely confused. So if hes been missing that would mean he was at least for a bit posting on here while homeless and packing stolen iron? I really gotta think if hes dead we'd have found or seen some sort of autopsy or obituary by now.

Also realized where his name was familiar, he used to talk like a hardline authority on the big 3 in the Perry Caravello thread I read through recently. kinda thought he came off as knowledgeable but its hard not assuming it wasnt a hardline of horse shit with all this in the light now
 
The dichotomy between this dude's death and how horrifying it was, and then you have something like @Cats where everyone is still missing the dude.

That could be how the film of my life ends: a very fucked up guy finally created something that rivals the utter and complete Alpha & Omega-tier of depravity of the Divine Marquis de Sade. I was only somewhat familiar with Bruno, though I did recognize him by his pfp, and he always struck me as a cultured, interesting, if somewhat spergy and socially embarrassing Farmer - which is to say, the best kind of Farmer.

Had no idea that he was like THIS, though.

Let this be the lesson of Bruno's life and passing:

No matter how bad it gets, never, ever, kill yourself. Ask for help, look for support, and fight hard to make it to another day. Because your life matters! And if you do kill yourself, your friends may dig up your suicide note, and then everyone will make fun of you mercilessly when they realize what a psychotic pedo faggot you were.
 
I'm reading through all of this and holy shit.
I guess props to Bruno for being self aware enough to keep his bullshit away from movie night.
I did not expect that I was interacting with a bigger lolcow than half of the people who have threads here.

I used to be a very active mod in the movie night.
I remember way back in the day Bruno spamming the Discord server in the chat.
Went there out of curiosity.
I had 1 voice chat with a few people including Bruno, he seemed sedated, probably was.
The thing I got tired of was that there was zero movie talk on Discord.
Lots of politics and memes, people showing off the new figurines and plushies they bought, sometimes some lolcow talk.
I tried to talk movies but it got buried under nonsense.
I'm technically still on that server but I don't remember my name or password for Discord and honestly I don't want to remember.

Fun fact: if you kill yourself now, how you are now is how you will be remembered. Not by how you hoped to be remembered.

Perfect example. He died in his 70s after an illustrious career in film, including lots of martial arts, and while he fell into obscurity for a while, he then came back with a lifetime performance in Tarantino's Kill Bill films. But is he remembered for that?

Maybe.

But mostly, he's remembered as "isn't that the guy who died jerking off?"
