I am waiting with :popcorn: as to what South Park Satan and Trump's baby will look like. I am envisioning a Baby Epstein with red eyes, horns, and a flapping head. That may be a bridge too far, but South Park is capable of anything.

The DOD hated don't ask, don't tell. It gave a relatively easy out for enlisted members in high demand fields, such as nuclear power, to get out of long service contracts and get a high paying civilian job.

The Nazis economic recovery was completely funded by insane amount deficit spending, with the expectation that conquest would lead to sufficient material and resources to offset the looming disaster of debt.

It's the whole reason why Hitler had to launch the war. They had a tiny window of economic prosperity that wasn't going to last. They even came up with fake money, called Mefo bills, to basically bullshit their economic data and hide rearming.

The amount of plundering they did wasn't even remotely close to offsetting how much money they were spending. The economic reality is what fed into continuing the war long after any military victory was gone.
