Eh, he has only had a few hours notice and the hearing is tomorrow. Maybe he'll show up with more thorough ebidance but hopefully what he submitted is a sufficient placeholder. Not only did he not say anything about Kayla but even if he had, it wouldn't have been covered by the release conditions, and the person who talked about Kayla was told not to. Seems pretty solid to me.

Nick's response is going to hinge on pedantry of his language, btw. Aaron's SWORN statement above states "I specifically asked Geno Bisconte not to make any statements about KCR during his comedy routine.", but that text does not name Kayla. It merely asks Geno not to "anything that could give [Nick] reason to fuck [Aaron] over". That's PERJURY! The EVIL CRIMINAL TOE IS LYING TO THE COURT

What else can Aaron do reasonably? If Aaron tells someone at a (private) event not to talk about Kayla, and then he does anyway, what can Aaron resasonable do or say? Nick obviously waited until the last second (ala Tye Beard) in order to not give Aaron anytime to effectively respond. It's very obviously malicious on Nick's parts. If the courts can't see this, then Aaron is screwed no matter what he does.

He does need to cut Geno and Keanu entirely out of his life. Keanu had one epic moment where she looked great against Nick but is otherwise useless. And Geno has repeatedly gotten Aaron into trouble to the point where I wouldn't be surprised if he's a double agent for Nick Rekieta.

Luck has absolutely nothing to do with it. Aaron has had a thousand choices to make in the past couple of years and he has consistently made dumb decisions because he is below average intelligence. Despite his constant bleating about knowing he's made dumb decisions in the past, he will continue to make dumb decisions in the future, because that's what dumb people do. He is simply incapable of making good choices because he isn't smart enough to know what those choices are.

I know as well as anyone on this site this is all petty retard shit between two gay lovers, but the state isn't the one digging Aaron's grave deeper and deeper. Aaron is.

There's a bizarre element here where the high school mentality overwhelms these losers. Arrested development. Aaron doesn't need them at all, he has children ffs and he should prioritize them. Instead he wants to be BMOC or something and have an entourage. But he isn't BMOC and he doesn't have an entourage and if he did a weird ass motherfucker like Brokesconti wouldn't be part of it. Geno has only harmed those around him and Keanu is a shark eyed ho. It's nuts to mix with them for anyone. Keanu is another Rekieta, trust fund sponsors her bad choices. Aaron doesn't have the cash to play the game he is playing.

Mostly in line with you brother but here's where I gotta disagree - he shut the fuck up about Nick and Melton, he got a real lawyer, he gathered a bunch of ebidance from KF and it shows in his testimony, he told Geno not to mention Kayla in his set (the dumb decision in this was inviting Geno to begin with, but he tried to mitigate the risk), he finally filed for his HROs and it happened at a good time (when the stalking entered IRL)

And probably the smartest decision in all of this - he didn't gloat about his smart decisions, even though he was getting made fun of because people thought he DIDNT make those smart decisions. He shut the fuck up finally.

Aaron's like 95iq, dumb enough to know he's dumb but also smart enough to make smart decisions if he actually sits down and thinks about it, as evidenced by his recent good-decision-streak.

Unfortunately the prosecutor hates him with a passion, sneering openly while refusing to take action Rekieta for flagrant breaches when there's a law on the books requiring her to. That's how broken Minnesota is for dumb white men like Aaron.

To be fair, maybe the prosecutor has seen Aaron’s show. Quadrupling down on the “white power hour” because it’s the only segment that makes money says everything about who Aaron is, and he’s not remotely likable.

Having said that, a child doser should rate something rather than a PO saying her job is to make his probation as easy on him as possible.
 
Predictions for tomorrow anyone? The judge can depart from the prosecution's recommended sentence if she wants, right? I think:

* Guilty on the misdemeanor, she doesn't reject the deal
* Updwards departure on the fee, KNU gets inflated
* 364 days probation
* Suspended jail sentence of 30 or 60 days or something
* No contact order vs. Kayla, which the suspended sentence is supposed to make him take more seriously
* She doesn't violate him for Geno's set, but gives him a tongue lashing

Non-sentence predictions:

* When we get the transcript, Kayla's victim impact statement will be a myopia of obvious Nick writing. It will be long, dramatic, exaggerate the harm she's suffered to an insane degree (ruined her reputation, torn apart her family, defiled the sanctity of her marriage and her modesty, stuff like that)
* We will hear reports of Nick mean mugging Aaron and being really performative, trying to fake cry when Kayla reads her statement, being overly dramatic. He will do everything he thinks he can get away with without getting violated by the HRO judge.
* Nick will be dressed in a Joker suit or something similar, he knows there will be Toelogs in attendance.
* Since there will only be Toelogs in attendance and the Toe himself probably won't go into great detail about it during his show, we won't know how things actually went down until we get the transcript.

In theory this should be enough, but I think we have seen from the first instance that the Judge, Prosecutor and Probation Officer don't like Aaron. With good reason, I might add, but there should be some objectivity in this and to be sincere, other than him letting Geno and Keanu on his show to run their mouths last time, the other violations needed a PhD in Balldolore to pickup on.

Nick is obviously filing these at the last minute bevause he saw the first time round that the Judge takes them as fact and didn't even look into them.

I do think he has fucked around and should find out, especially with the high risk activities he engaged in and just how long, despite warning signs, he kept doing it. He deserves some consequences for continued Geno association.

But...

I'd like the justice system to weigh the alleged violations in context. I think they got him cold on him telling people to ask Geno and Keanu about things he can't discuss, but that's it. If he gets an enhancement based on it, that's fair.
 
This isn't rocket science. If people on the Farms are salty, it's because of the perceived disparity of justice.
  • Sharing half a tit pic with a "friend" = 1 month in jail?
  • Dosing your daughter up on coke (or minimally being so negligent with it, she gets into it) = weak ass probation with no follow-up
To me, Aaron FAFO'd. I agree with waffle's analysis (the judge is now onto Nick), but whether that makes a difference or if the universe is just against the Toe... we'll find out in an hour or so.

Nah. As bad as Aaron is, I don't think he deserves what they are trying to do to him. Aaron should just log off entirely, but he won't because he still thinks he can be the local Howard Stearn or O&A. Steel Toe is done, okay? On top of that, Aaron has repeatedly neglected his duties as a father, such as allowing Mapton to continue using his daughter's likeness in PedoTips. Not to mention, although Aaron never narced on Nick, he probably should have.

With that said, they're trying to bankrupt him, ruin his life, and (allegedly) hound him into suicide. Nick has stated that he won't stop until Aaron is dead. I don't know if anyone deserves that.

Edit: I also want Aaron to win just because it will cause Nick to seethe and spiral, and that will produce premium corn.
