DHS has corrected their statement. Only one of the victims is, at this time, dead. The other two still remain in critical condition.

Three people were injured at an ICE facility in Dallas as cops launched an urgent manhunt for a suspected sniper.

The situation unfolded at the Texas facility around 7am on Wednesday morning, with police sources telling WFAA that they are also investigating the possibility of multiple shooters.

Shortly after multiple people were wounded in the shooting, a suspected gunman was found shot on the roof of a nearby immigration attorney's office.

Images showed a large police presence descended on the scene.

The ICE facility has been frequently targeted by pro-immigration demonstrators in recent months.

This is a developing story and will be updated as information is confirmed.

WHAT WE KNOW SO FAR AS OF 3:30PM EST of 09-24-25:
  • Shooter is confirmed to be 29 year old Joshua Jahn. This picture is a mugshot from a 2015 arrest for mairjuana possession in Collin county Texas.

  • Around 6:30 AM, Dallas time, Jahn climbed to the roof of a building opposite of the parking lot side of an ICE detention facility.
  • Around 6:40 AM, using an older style rifle that takes stripper clips, Jahn begins shooting indiscriminately into the building and possibly transport vans. Number of shots is rumored to be around 20 but has not been confirmed at the time of this writing.
  • Jahn manages to strike 3 victims with his blind firing. All three are ICE detainees, meaning they are illegals getting ready to be sent back to where ever they came from.
  • Shortly after, it's unknown exactly how long, Jahn is approached by ICE agents and shoots himself in the head. There are photos of a dead man on a roof with a partially exploded head that is rumored to be him but has not been officiated yet. It's not known at this time if Jahn was in the same building he took the shots from when he killed himself or if he made it to another building.
  • 2 of his victims are pronounced dead. 1 is still listed in critical condition. All of this is reporting from the Department of Homeland Security.
  • Kash Patel tweets out a picture of a found and unused stripper clip with ammo used by the shooter. One of the casings has written on it in Sharpie or some kind of marker "ANTI-ICE". There are no other markings or messages that we have been told so far.

Somewhat related, but I think it's probably worth remembering how Michael Reinoehl, self identified Antifa, assassinated a Pro-Trump guy in Portland in 2020. If you look through the Reddit threads dealing with this guy, it's the same defense and deflection.

Note the BLM fist tattoo on his neck.

And before anyone thinks this was a "lone gunman", you may want to ask why immediately after a car with 4 "antifa medics" pulled up within seconds of the shooting to contaminate the crime scene and attempt to hide evidence render aid to the victim.

Also keep in mind that this guy was seen on security camera stalking the victim before the shooting.

Harder for the feds to edit a bullet carving than a Word file with your manifesto. Although if you just use marker, some agent might decide to add a suspiciously phrased slogan to the only clearly visible bullet in the photo...

Or they're copying Luigi, which is more likely as more of them keep doing it.

Because they think they are unique when really they are dumb. They think it amplifies the heckin' message like some retards calling card.

Threads moving fast but writing on projectiles is nothing new. The Romans and Greeks wrote inscriptions on lead sling stones. In WWII and even Ukraine, people write taunting messages on artillery shells and bombs.
