The failures of the Biden term is why Hillary will never get the nomination ever again.

Through extortion and veiled death threats, Hillary forced Obama and the DNC to ban Biden from running in 2016 so Hillary would instead get the nomination. Biden and Obama fell out over this as Biden felt stabbed in the back, and when Hillary lost and Trump got elected and Charlottesville happened, Biden used Charlottesville to guilt Obama into throwing his weight into telling Hillary to fuck off and make damn sure Biden won the nominee in 2020.

Democrats most definitely feel right now that had Obama told Hillary to fuck off and let Biden run in 2016, he'd of beaten Trump and his senility wouldn't be an issue since he'd be ending his second term by the time it became a major issue. Hindsight has made Hillary the spoiler since from their prospective, Biden could have spared them the Trump nightmare and that Biden's health and mental issues wouldn't have been a problem has he gotten the White House sooner than later

I don't think any of us should do anything. The Government/Administration are the only ones who can actually do something about this. They have the tools to do it. I'm just MATI I guess.

We should not be happy we've been pushed too the point where we must pick up the sword. Not being happy about it however, is not an argument against doing so.

Which is why I am so tired of the Libertarians and the boomer conservatives bitching about "this will make us just like the left" and my favorite "what will you do when the boot is on the other foot?"

It doesnt matter. The left has made it abundantly clear in the last 10 years they want to kill us, and they think its morally justified too do so. Even if we dont do anything and they return too power that boot is still going to come down on our necks. Unless of course we take the opportunity too use said boot while it is on our foot.

Who knows. Maybe we can beat some sense into them.

Not much we CAN do on a forum, or should do except like Null says write your congressmen. That's it still. But the time that'll be work (and sorry null, they don't give a damn) is coming to a close.

If these people openly declared that they had no empathy for Kirk, who do they hold empathy for? It appears to be Jimmy Kimmel and illegal aliens. I think this warning by the Trump Administration served as a wake up call to many of them about the value of freedom of speech.
They know what they did to promote the censorship and deplatforming regime and that slight taste of their own medicine has forced them to to completely walk it all back. I am optimistic that this will result in bipartisan support for foundational free speech principles for the first time in a while—at least if the Trump Administration can restrain themselves from pursuing extensive censorship.

These people are mostly just fuckign stupid. FCC is for BROADCAST TELEVISION. FCC IS FOR SHIT YOU CAN GET OVER ANTENNA. Cable television is a different animal. 1st amendment only means you cannot be arrested for your speech.

Only problem with that logic is that Lula is actually popular within Brazil. Milei, thanks to the brazen corruption scandal and the inability to control inflation, as well as the devaluation of the peso, is sinking in popularity among Argentinians.

Nope, if you are reporting on news events then it should be required by law that what you are saying is accurate because knowingly lying to less informed people to radicalize them should be fucking illegal. Period. Jimmy Kimmel wasn't making a joke and his show isn't even about jokes, most of his show is news and political discussions, Jimmy Kimmel lied to the public to mislead them towards radical leftist extremism.

Jimmy Kimmel doesn't own ABC or the networks that broadcast ABC, and he certainly doesn't own the FCC airwaves that they grant to him for an hour every night, he's not entitled by birthright to have that hour spot on FCC airwaves every day. He's just an employee who was fired for low ratings, purposely breaking FCC rules by deliberately misinforming the public, and pissing off his employers. If any of us broke the rules at our job, pissed our employers off, and had low performance ratings anyway we would be fired from our jobs too, that's how it works. Just because you are employed to a company it doesn't mean your employer isn't allowed to fire you, it's not a fucking constitutional crisis.

If Kimmel wants to lie to people to radicalize them without getting removed from air then he should make his own website where he's the boss of himself, like Null did with this website. Jimmy Kimmel's show and this website are two extremely different things and aren't comparable.
