EDIT 09-26-25:
DHS has corrected their statement. Only one of the victims is, at this time, dead. The other two still remain in critical condition.

Three people were injured at an ICE facility in Dallas as cops launched an urgent manhunt for a suspected sniper.

The situation unfolded at the Texas facility around 7am on Wednesday morning, with police sources telling WFAA that they are also investigating the possibility of multiple shooters.

Shortly after multiple people were wounded in the shooting, a suspected gunman was found shot on the roof of a nearby immigration attorney's office.

Images showed a large police presence descended on the scene.

The ICE facility has been frequently targeted by pro-immigration demonstrators in recent months.

This is a developing story and will be updated as information is confirmed.

WHAT WE KNOW SO FAR AS OF 3:30PM EST of 09-24-25:
  • Shooter is confirmed to be 29 year old Joshua Jahn. This picture is a mugshot from a 2015 arrest for mairjuana possession in Collin county Texas.

  • Around 6:30 AM, Dallas time, Jahn climbed to the roof of a building opposite of the parking lot side of an ICE detention facility.
  • Around 6:40 AM, using an older style rifle that takes stripper clips, Jahn begins shooting indiscriminately into the building and possibly transport vans. Number of shots is rumored to be around 20 but has not been confirmed at the time of this writing.
  • Jahn manages to strike 3 victims with his blind firing. All three are ICE detainees, meaning they are illegals getting ready to be sent back to where ever they came from.
  • Shortly after, it's unknown exactly how long, Jahn is approached by ICE agents and shoots himself in the head. There are photos of a dead man on a roof with a partially exploded head that is rumored to be him but has not been officiated yet. It's not known at this time if Jahn was in the same building he took the shots from when he killed himself or if he made it to another building.
  • 2 of his victims are pronounced dead. 1 is still listed in critical condition. All of this is reporting from the Department of Homeland Security.
  • Kash Patel tweets out a picture of a found and unused stripper clip with ammo used by the shooter. One of the casings has written on it in Sharpie or some kind of marker "ANTI-ICE". There are no other markings or messages that we have been told so far.

You still have to fill out an FFL form at a gun show. So if it was purchased through one, there would be a record.

Humana was loaning millions and millions to hospitals during COVID. Guess what, Humana now runs these hospitals. I mean they do need to be investigated, but it won't help much on this front. I'm in a commie gun group on discord and while it is used as a meetup area most of the actual conversations go on off app on telegram. They have specific groups for regions and cities. You have to get vetted into them and that basically requires doxing yourself so I don't fuck with that.

Kirk was shot primarily because he realized the public education system's role in creating the culture we see now in those places. It's so obvious the biggest enemy, and it always will be, the progressive bureaucracy and administrative state.
