DHS has corrected their statement. Only one of the victims is, at this time, dead. The other two still remain in critical condition.

Three people were injured at an ICE facility in Dallas as cops launched an urgent manhunt for a suspected sniper.

The situation unfolded at the Texas facility around 7am on Wednesday morning, with police sources telling WFAA that they are also investigating the possibility of multiple shooters.

Shortly after multiple people were wounded in the shooting, a suspected gunman was found shot on the roof of a nearby immigration attorney's office.

Images showed a large police presence descended on the scene.

The ICE facility has been frequently targeted by pro-immigration demonstrators in recent months.

This is a developing story and will be updated as information is confirmed.

WHAT WE KNOW SO FAR AS OF 3:30PM EST of 09-24-25:
  • Shooter is confirmed to be 29 year old Joshua Jahn. This picture is a mugshot from a 2015 arrest for mairjuana possession in Collin county Texas.

  • Around 6:30 AM, Dallas time, Jahn climbed to the roof of a building opposite of the parking lot side of an ICE detention facility.
  • Around 6:40 AM, using an older style rifle that takes stripper clips, Jahn begins shooting indiscriminately into the building and possibly transport vans. Number of shots is rumored to be around 20 but has not been confirmed at the time of this writing.
  • Jahn manages to strike 3 victims with his blind firing. All three are ICE detainees, meaning they are illegals getting ready to be sent back to where ever they came from.
  • Shortly after, it's unknown exactly how long, Jahn is approached by ICE agents and shoots himself in the head. There are photos of a dead man on a roof with a partially exploded head that is rumored to be him but has not been officiated yet. It's not known at this time if Jahn was in the same building he took the shots from when he killed himself or if he made it to another building.
  • 2 of his victims are pronounced dead. 1 is still listed in critical condition. All of this is reporting from the Department of Homeland Security.
  • Kash Patel tweets out a picture of a found and unused stripper clip with ammo used by the shooter. One of the casings has written on it in Sharpie or some kind of marker "ANTI-ICE". There are no other markings or messages that we have been told so far.

Gavin Newsom just a few days ago bragged about Noem having a bad day over a law that prevented ICE agents from covering their face.

He 100% know that laws purpose is to make violence like this happen at officers home and to their families. The point of the law is to make them scared to enforce the laws they over see.

Newsom needs to be facing since serious heat today.

I would rather outfits like The John Brown Gun Club, Socialist Rifle Association, and other armed leftist organizations being investigated with overwhelming force being used to crush them if they pose any level of threat.

So, its not massacring a bunch of trannies at a rally.

It's a raid was conducted on an armed training camp of radicals and in the ensuing battle all the terrorists were killed..

I would never advocate for random acts of violence because it's meaningless. You could never do enough damage to the problem with a random act to prevent the problem from continuing. You will get five minutes of fame and then forgotten outside of autistic internet arguments like now. The culture has to change away from "poor victims, they were brown criminals but they didn't deserve to die" to "good. Less problems for us" or we're never getting away becoming Brazil every where.
