He said the Civils Rights Act was a mistake bc it essentially created a second constitution with other groups being favored. That it opened to door for troons to abuse it. He never implied black people shouldnt have just that they shouldn't have special rights.

I think the case that this was a real FCC violation is tenuous at best and I think this was a tactical error on Trump’s administration’s part, of which there have been a few in the last week (please go home Pam Bondi), because it has given the left a somewhat legitimate grievance to rally around and draw attention away from how poorly they acted. That said, I think the FCC has been doing these kinds of things in other administrations but it’s been private phone calls instead of tweets. And I think that was wrong too, maybe worse for the lack of transparency.

But I just don’t fucking care. The left getting riled up about Jimmy fucking Kimmel of all people, and all these celebrities talking about muh freedom of speech when they didn’t say a word about CK being shot… fuck them. I’m glad they’re upset.
