Only instead of "look how far we would have been without Christianity" the past couple of decades have proven to me how degenerate we would have been without it acting as a tempering, moral guideline. Society at large has abandoned morals taught by religion because they "hold us back" and spiraled into hedonism and arguing that we should teach kids to be queer as soon as they understand language so we don't "oppress them".

I'm a dad, and my only goal is raising my son to not make society a worse place when he grows up. So my primary line in the sand is "leave my kid alone". But me not teaching my kid queer theory means that I am an enemy to people who want to groom him into a degenerate. Me not centering queers means I am a bigot. Me teaching my son that men are men, and women are women means I am genociding trans folx. To some, this makes me (and my son!) a viable target for violence.

That level of "immediate danger" needs to be toned down, but to the trans folx who think my ideas are genociding them, that's a non-starter. We are at an ideological impasse and I don't know how it can de-escalate when the other side thinks we are actively killing them in real life, or are just about to.

Nazi Germany was about as capitalist as Communist China. They'll pretend they have property rights and a market, except everything of consequence is under the total control of the state and serves as an extension of the state.

I can only speak for myself. But no. I don't feel that strong of a hatred. I would lawfully use self defense if needed. But I can still talk with someone that fell for all the gay progressive bullshit. I do often have to talk with them really.

I would guess a lot of people here if they are being real would say something similar.

I disagree with people on the site too, not as much as progressives. But it's a similar thing to me. I can still be fine. Words are words, they have the power you allow them to have. And to me, it's a weak way to live, if you believe someone else shouldn't be allowed to say something. If you can't let them speak, that means you are threatened by what they are saying.

Although who knows maybe there is some sperg here that go into a blind rage if someone disagrees with them.

expanding state control over critical industry in times of (total) war is something even the most capitalist of nations do (britain and america both did the same to varying degrees during the war)

property rights for regular germans remained intact and functional overall, the obvious exception being jews and other designated enemies of the state. businesses received directions from the government that they were expected (and sometimes forced) to follow, but generally remained in private hands.
compare and contrast this with the work of the actual leftists at the time, who in russia just straight up nationalized most of the economy and obliterated entire social classes in the process, the difference is night and day.

Well, you have to understand that any online platform captures only a microcosm of a given demographic, so you're always going to get a response that's been fed through that lens. Generally speaking, moderate Americans, Christian conservatives and the remaining sane left that have enough sense to not get radicalized are not posting in places like this, and they would be the hard "no." KF spends so much time documenting the faggotry of radicalized lefties that people who don't want to strangle trannies are a minority.
