Is there even a losing scenario in this for us? Maybe them capitulating, but that's suicide on the current trajectory.
 
I wonder if not just the Kirk assassination but also the revelations about operation Arctic Frost has convinced the administration that they and their supporters are in an existential war with the Left now, and that's what's spurring them to bring the hammer down.

It is a lot of things. 2020 was the year the left went mask off and things have only exploded from there.
 
As fun as this is, there's no chance in hell this passes either 1A protections or the vicious lawfare from every kike judge in the nation. This is to throw his base a bone after covering up Israel's killing of Charlie Kirk for only supporting them 95% of the time.

I think they know the word is out about Artic Frost and they are getting back in line and swearing fealty because they know bad it is.
