The Constitution is more than the bill of rights, it outlines how the branches work and the systems in place for them. For example the Constitution has systems in place to remove unfit presidents, but the dems sure as shit didn't use them nor would they ever use them even though Biden's condition was weakening America. Then we have the issue that your constitutional rights and systems/functions of goverment are up for interpretation by the Supreme Court. A court that could be made to submit to political pressure (FDR and the New Deal or RvW, or literally every ruling restricting gun rights) or stuffed with genuine retards who absolutely do not care about the constitution and just want to pass the dem agenda (Justice Jackson is absolutely horrific, go read some of her ruling opinions and let me know if you think the constitutionis in good hands with her). How do you think the constitution would fair with 2 or 3 justice Jacksons appointed on the bench? This is the kind of judge the dems want and she is young and the judges that actually want to defend the constitution are getting old. Dems certainly won't impeach her and principled high road RINOs won't either. So we are stuck with this issue that will only get worse when the dems get back in power.
