It's impossible for a site like reddit NOT to have total central control of all texts. As we all know a PM and open thread is the same internally.

Even IRC records things, but at least those fuckers that I know never trashed anyone of it. Then again, I really can't think of too many pure terrorism related things done on there that would ever need it unlike discord, reddit, and 4chan.

I'd like to see all this open. It's going to be hard without account.

Maybe just have it all open unless E2EE and prove it's E2EE? I mean non-E2EE ALL DM's are open to the operators. They read them, always. It's a full sham to pretend they are private.

Now I am just being silly obviously but real talk, what exactly does this retard think would change if Democrats came out in mass and condemned this attack? We're dealing with a real Pavlovian response shit here, a very large chunk of the Democrat voter base has been conditioned by their side to cheer on anything bad that happens to their "enemies." It took around 15-20 years to make this monster and there is no chance that putting on a big show is going to just suddenly fix everything.

It'll take a decade or so of reconditioning people to fix the problem, and the fucked up part is that you can't save everyone. In the 2040s and 2050s there are going to be millennial geriatrics still complaining about those evil right wing Trump nazis because their brain was so thoroughly broken by their party.

The bigger problem with Democrats as a whole though is that when you start encouraging people to think for themselves instead of just barking when the bell rings people are going to take a hard look at their party and realize they stand for nothing except chaos and destruction of a normal society. Give me the rainbows I guess but I really don't think Democrats have a real long term path forward in their current form. It's going to take a full on MAGA style power grab from an outsider to fix things.

You dumb motherfucker. You ran the server for your friends and one of whomever was playing at that time ran the server. Usually the guy with the best computer. When you hit the PTT your FPS would tank and your ping would go to 400-600 during the modem days. If you had a clan big enough one of the guys would have an old computer in the closet and fat 0.5Mb adsl or ISDN.

No one ran servers for randoms for free 24/7. There were no $5 a month for 10 slots commercial services. You had to rent general rack space.

Edit: From Teamspeak2 onwards a normal computer could host 20+clients while playing without problems and the computer would be running 24/7 to seed anyway.

Here's the problem, cause there's no such thing. My groupchat is functionally no different than a 1000-user 'official Steam Game' or 'FOSS Support Channel.' "Publicly listed", in this case, would only refer to how widespread a simple invite link would be.

Again, I knew going into the service that Big Brother was on the back end, and I act like it.

Nah, you need actual men to do it and they have chased every little bit of testosterone out of the party.

Even David Hogg was deemed "too white and too male" for their standards despite looking like a twig. They don't have young prospects coming in, their most prominent figures are old people yelling about Trump. Even their top influencers are coomer sex pests (Destiny, Vaush) or outright terrorists (Hasan).

I expect more violence because I don't really see what other cards they have left to play at this point.

This is an interesting predicament. At this point they all know he was one of them (homosexual, Trantifa, DSA, part of a troon Discord polycule, etc). So while publicly trying to blame the right, there has to be an instinct to help & reward him.
