We all already know this but in case you need the words to explain it to some fag, the differences between what's happening now and the leftist "cancelling" phenomenon of the past several years, with a summary at the bottom:
Employers right now are firing these people out of actual moral obligation.
Celebrating the bloody, public, planned assassination of a faithful father, husband, and Christian who has committed no crime, calling for more murders, and implying anyone with similar reasonable opinions should face the same fate
are all obvious morally bankrupt actions. There is no argument to be made that they aren't. That sort of hate is not political or subjective, it's objectively antithetical to civilized Western (or Eastern for that matter) human morality. There are hundreds, if not thousands of years of backing to this fact.
This contrasts heavily with the reason why conservatives were fired during the days of the leftist cancellations.
HR departments in corporations and their government equivalents across the country (the whole West, really) had rapidly developed into potent leftist political speech enforcement boards in the 2010's. This meant NEW rules on speech in your personal and work life were added that were NOT morally objective. They were not simply following written or natural laws on speech, they were crafting brand new ones daily, even shifting definitions of words to ensure any right-leaning speech fit the bill for fire-able speech.
This ultimately meant that any leftist on Twitter could get nearly any conservative fired, so long as said conservative worked for a company with one of these HR departments, or in pretty much any government position. Very few, if any, of the firings were over basic moral concerns. Conservatives working for smaller, more reasonable companies were usually safe (from being fired, at least) because no objective moral boundaries were crossed.
Short version:
- Conservatives are getting leftists fired for true, objective moral bankruptcy
- Leftists were getting conservatives fired for breaking subjective political speech rules that THEY MADE UP and enforced via politically trained and motivated HR departments
There is
zero hypocrisy on the part of conservatives. And I didn't even get into the actual tactics of how leftists actively ruined the lives of conservatives vs how conservatives are simply calling an employer one time using publicly available information.
