College campuses, particularly in high-trust areas like Utah County, are pretty much entirely open to the public. There are no metal detectors. Nothing is locked. The facilities are staffed mostly by student employees who aren’t paid enough to give a shit. I am not at all surprised he was able to waltz right on up to the roof with a weapon.

It is a conspiracy to be fair. How deep? Probably not nearly as deep as most antifa rabbit holes go. But there's a pedophile who collaborated with the groomed shooter and likely had contact with all of his groomed friends. Whether or not it goes past that is up for debate. But there's clearly at the very least a pedophile who organized an assassination of Charlie with people he groomed when they were kids. It's possible the others are just victims of the old fuck. I have no idea. Presumably broken down in his pants, based on his limp while coming onto the campus, but that's just speculation. There's also no evidence that he ever reassembled the rifle, considering that he dropped the screwdriver on thr roof, according to the police.
