I could only bring myself to watch him being shot once, but wasn't he wearing a vest which deflected the bullet up into his neck? Sorry, it was the worst thing I've seen since the Iraq War beheading videos.

I don't know, neither do you. We'll just have to wait for the investigation. It isn't outside the realm of possibility that he was a lone actor that bragged to his friends before hand. It's also possible that he got help from somewhere.
