It's in the OP, and it's hilarious:

'If it were legal i'd try to shoot you but since its not i'll maliciously sue you instead' isn't the brilliant response he thinks it is. Makes him sound like the same kind of nutter who shot lennon

That said a greer style duel would probably go more like this:

Except he keeps fucking it up because he's incompetent rather than taytay being immortal

I had a bizarre dream last night in which I found myself outside of Russell's apartment in the midst of a police officer rolling up to arrest him for some unknown charge. I couldn't believe the luck of my timing, and I started filming the interaction to share with all of you. When Russell came to the door, he managed to wiggle past the police officer and a hilarious chase ensued. This chase lasted quite some time, with Russell's shirt eventually being torn off revealing a large set of female breasts protruding from his chest. They jiggled quite interestingly as he kept evading the officer's attempts to catch him, and I woke up shortly after.
I don't think I have ever seen someone who should be prescribed some basic porn before, but you might have just done it

I think your brain is trying to tell you that you're gay.

🚨 COW CROSSOVER: Tyler Robinson, who is being prosecuted for murdering Charlie Kirk, is being represented by attorney Greg Skordas of Russell Greer humiliation fame. The prosecutor is asking for the death penalty.

Discuss.

Okay, let's leave poltisperging and Jew/trans-bashing out of this thread. This thread is about Russell Greer, not Charlie Kirk.

Greer did portray his Skordas stand in in his book as someone that would defend guilty rapists so I guess he might have actually gotten something right.

Now Greee will be torn between supporting Robinson for murdering a conservative, a group Greer despises for blocking his brothel dreams. Or attacking Robinson on account of Skordas being an evil bastard that denied him his confrontation with Taylor Swift.

I'm honestly surprised there's been no sperging from Russ lately.

He usually has to pipe up during every major newsworthy event to explain to all us non-brothel-owners how said event would have been prevented had prostitution only been legal.

Greer could be funny if he was not such a horrific and desperate retard with unwarranted self importance.
Russell would be great if he were completely different.

I've joked before that Rusty's performance would be about like Lord Bollington from Barry Lyndon
Funny, I immediately thought, "I bet he'd be like Capt. Quin from 'Barry Lyndon.'"

For those who haven't had the pleasure of seeing the film, Capt. John Quin participates in a rigged duel in which his opponent is given a pistol loaded with a harmless blank. Despite being in on the plan, the lily-livered Capt. Quin is so frightened to have a weapon pointed at him that, when the blank goes off, he faints.

The thing you're quoting says he was representing Utah County. Other stories explicitly call him a "defense attorney," which he is, but maybe not for Robinson. Fucking journalists.
He's a stand-in until Robinson gets appointed a death penalty qualified lawyer. Most lawyers are NOT qualified to work on death penalty cases, including Skordas. He can file the indigency paperwork though, which he did.

He probably got tapped by the court to assist in the arraignment hearing as part of the State professional obligations. I don't think Skordas normally seeks work as a Public Defender?

There’s a non-zero chance Skordas has a local reputation for doing well with freaks and deranged assholes — which his turn disposing of Greer tidily would have burnished — and he was asked to help on that basis. “This guy is already known to Kiwi Farms, no need to expose a new guy.”

Skordas shouldn't be faulted for defending Robinson, whether that's only on a temporary basis or even an ongoing one. One of the pillars of our justice system is that everyone gets legal counsel, no matter how broke or publicly despised.

Greer hates Skordas because Russell is a mush mouthed rotten bastard. No doubt he'll use this as an opportunity to pop off about Skordas if he happens to catch wind of this.

I don't think he's seeking the job, but I think he's probably qualified. He was a criminal defense lawyer for decades, defending some pretty high profile drug cases, was also a State Prosecutor, a PD, won an award for indigent criminal defense, and a bunch of other much more weighty things than I knew about him.

He has 316 cases in federal court, many of them for serious LWOP felonies, going back to 1993. Can't find any specifically death penalty cases.
