It's a homoerotic/satirical thing used by furries. The full quote is something along the lines of "OwO, what's this? Notices bulgie-wulgie" or some shit like that. It's years old now and there's plenty of videos of people saying it in a satirical fashion.

The kid entered working age, failed at life, found equally retarded friends online, became radicalized on the internet, decided Charlie Kirk is the root of all evil. It smells of ANTIFA all over the place, and this is also the typical recruitment demographic for Islamists as well, disillusioned young adults who are looking for someone to blame. Nothing surprising to me at all.

Maybe as an overarching "organization", sure. But there are a number of well known, high profile Antifa branches like Rose City Antifa that can very easily be labelled and broken up but are not.
 
Final nail in the coffin is this clarification of the comments from his family about politics:

And that he had become "more political lately", meaning further to the left and vocal about it with family.

You don't agree with Charlie Kirk being hateful and become more politically right-leaning. Doesn't make sense. And I have never heard of anyone having fake political conversations with family with the explicit purpose of attempting to false flag.

Lastly, this shows that his supposedly "Republican" family actually isn't very conservative, if they were having conversations about how Charlie Kirk spreads hate.

sorry if late but what was the arrows thing meant to mean when it came to the gun/casings? Only thing I can think of is some Helldivers 2 stratagem reference or some shit.

This is all LARP. The reality is that the majority of everyday Democrat voters and practically every elected Democrat condemned this and the average Republican voter would do the same if the roles were reversed. The civil war narrative is a cope for people who live on the internet

Could also be a Three Arrows symbol, which is an Antifa symbol. And that excuse is good enough to stormtrooper suspected Antifa gatherings.
