This is peak normie facebook photos. Likely his mom took them, and as for why? Because that's what moms do. If you're a millenial or zoomer too. You likely have photos of you from your mom somewhere on Facebook that look exactly like this. He blends in with the crowd because it's what the crowd does. The reality is people like this are fairly normal. Calling everyone gay is also extremely normal as well and legit what most people did in school.
