Been saying it for years, the thing people need to understand is this:
The intentions of lone shooters are almost ALWAYS irrelevant to the actual problem we need to address when shit like this happens.
Usually they're not even cleanly on a "side", they're just sick and angry in general about their life and whatever pet causes they specifically have. Even the pooner killer at that elementary school's motives weren't cleanly discernible, despite the manifesto being deliberately hidden from us.
The bigger issue has been and always will be the way different political groups treat the situation afterward, as well as what caused the level of loneliness and diseased thinking required to get people to the point of murder to begin with.
In this case, it has been made clear who the sick freaks are around us, celebrating the death of a decent American man and encouraging further violence.
The reason why the shooter's intentions don't really matter is because it's literally a total fucking crapshoot when it comes to motive. It's a single person, not a cohesive group who plan these things. Odds are there are virtually zero people who agree with every single reason why this kid decided to do this. The grave dancers, however, are a cohesive group of perhaps millions of people, and they ALL agree on why they are celebrating.
