From my experience psychologists are all cluster-B basket cases with their own baggage. The people drawn to the field aren't cool, stoic(lol), logical observers of behavior, they're as damaged as the patients they "treat".That whole message that Anisa posted and deleted is good evidence that we need to figure out the damage that is being done by grifting therapists. The use of the word "boundary", the passive-aggressive diagnose and fake concern for the others. The insincere and nasty aggressiveness behind it. I've seen this before with a close friend. A wealthy person, and not at left wing, little-by-little adopting this type of language and becoming ever more narcissistic.
The main issue with therapy these days is that it is not interested in helping people improve, because in many cases the client, who has the money, doesn't want it themselves. So a lot of therapy talk is just teaching a person to become a narcissist, so they can continue being a terrible, but not feel the discomfort of looking into the mirror.
