Not just online. Immediately after seeing someone be lethally shot, one man in the crowd decided to take credit to give time for the shooter to get away. His very first instinct before shock, regret or any moral twinge was to seize victory. Inhuman act. It's a lot easier to believe that it was a coordinated stunt to buy time for the shooter to escape. I just don't know with these people anymore, man.
 
I've had the sneaking suspicion the past few years that law enforcement and intelligence agencies have grown fat on tech to the point they no longer have the knowledge base for basic investigation anymore. Similar to how NASA no longer has the knowledge base to go the moon. If you leave your phone at home your chance of getting away with a crime basically triples. Add on to that leaving your car at home, only paying with cash, and the very basic level of opsec and you're practically the invisible man.

So the US does have an extradition agreement with India but India has an exception for political crimes, which if bribed properly Modi will claim this is. However, if Trump declares this a terrorist attack, which he surely will, then Modi will be forced to cooperate. Maybe. Depends who bribes him and how much (Mossad.)

It's called an analogy you autist.
If you believe that owning the means to defend yourself is your right then someone misusing those means to hurt others is not good enough of a reason to take them away from you because you still want to be able to use it for its intended purpose regardless of what other people do with it.
Just like some irresponsible faggots driving drunk and causing accidents(misusing the cars) is not good enough reason to take your car away from you because you still want to be able to use it for your intended purpose.
