The guy sperging at you is correct but autistic. 30-06 and .308 Winchester are two different CARTRIDGES. But they both make use of .308 caliber(bullet diameter) bullets. 30-06 is the parent cartridge of .308 Winchester. So they are very similar and the autistic guy is correct that they are the same caliber. But 30-06 is a fair bit more powerful than .308 Winchester so you are correct to think the former bruises your shoulder more

The right of free association isn't meant to mandate inclusion. You have the right NOT to associate with whoever you don't like. And if you're an employer yes you have to navigate whatever employment laws regulate you, but no well intentioned well crafted law will require a company to keep known ghouls around. These people are basically outing themselves to HR departments who are the front face of company legal departments. It's one thing to be fired for gloating over murder as a ghoul. It's another to fire someone because they speak out against a lockdown mandate or because they're a christian, and legal departments know the difference. We all do. So I don't have any sympathies for ghouls fired.

ALL THAT SAID, I still want them out there revealing themselves. I don't want them censored. I want for them what I want for you and for me, to express our ideas in the marketplace of thought, where ideas can be tested, accepted, discarded.
