I have had to deal with these idiots some months ago on Facebook for albeit different reasons than this, but the thing is many of them are dumb enough to post things like this on Facebook with real names, faces, real city, and real job on public accounts. I care about the job title and employer, and I go look up the HR contact. You can ask the AI to find the HR contact phone number, email address of the "VP of People" or "VP of Human Resources". I prefer the HR contact above all else.

In corporate org ladders, HR is treated like a "service" like the company's internal lawyer (who's department is often called "General Counsel"). They follow industry guidelines for see-something/say-something.
