It's worth remembering that tons of people still live healthy, anxiety-free lives and anyone can do it. Quit the drugs, quit caffeine, quit sugar, quit processed food, only 1-2 hours online a day, no screens before bed, spend time with the people around you. This is how we should all be living, and lots of people are. Staying informed is important, but it only takes 20 minutes to get up to speed on this entire shitshow.

The chances of not one person recognising the person, or the persons clothing etc and shopping them in is pretty slim. where is this belief that everyone would be gravedancing over a video of Hasan being shot in the throat, blood gushing out of him as he seizes up and collapses in front of his wife and little kids, coming from? this is unprecedented - we havent had a graphic, major assasination of a relevant political figure in decades.
again, I can see it on /pol/. But to say it would be coming from conservative subreddits or even KF is insane, it would be at most maybe 5-10% of users. that video was fucking awful, if it happened to anyone else it would still be objectively awful.
