Featured on Sep 10, 2025 by Null: Charlie Kirk, co-founder of Turning Point USA (TPUSA), was assassinated during a Utah Valley University event. FBI states they have video of the shooter but no further details are public.

Charlie Kirk was shot at an event at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah on Wednesday.

Bystanders report seeing Kirk shot near his neck during a Q&A with students.

A suspect is in custody, according to a UVU alert sent to students. The campus is on lockdown.

Multiple reports currently say Charlie Kirk made it to the hospital and is currently stable but the extent of his injuries and likelihood of recovery isn't currently known. He is in critical condition.

We don’t have a photo of the casings, but we have what I believe is a photo of a police report of some kind that describes “trans and antifa ideology” being written on the casings. Can’t remember who posted it originally but it is it’s legit enough that the WSJ reported on it.

Edit: Steven Crowder posted a screenshot he alleges had been sent to his teen, screenshot shows a mobile page with a .gov address, information about a recovered weapon and the casings was in the screenshot.

Much talk has been had about how younger voters voted for Trump and conservative candidates in 2024 in large numbers, which is unprecedented. With no charismatic and similarly organized replacement for him, there is no conservative voice as well-liked on campuses to take his place. And even if there were a replacement, he wouldn't be able to do what Kirk did; hold open air debate sessions lest another troon get his panties in a bunch. Not to mention that the mainstream media has for years called him a nazi and accused him of far-right hate speech when all he did was debate the facts with respect to those who disagreed with him. He was, by all accounts, a nice guy.

This really is a bigger deal than people unfamiliar with Kirk may realize.

People don't yet appreciate that Kirk was 100% mainstream after South Park featured him. My in-laws even talked to me about it solemnly, as I am the token conservative in the family. And not to mention that he was already a household name among Gen Zs as Fuentes' rival.

And even the boomers are seeing the grisly death video, things are not like they were even a year ago. I was shocked that even my wife watched it on her own time- this assassination is most certainly a 'big one'.

I think a big part of this is the violence is going down the power chain which means it's getting closer to them personally and turning targeted violence into the possibility of a broader, real conflict. Federal government -> state government -> political activists/pundits -> political party officials and volunteers -> regular citizens.

And it's not just fights, riots or vandalism, it's outright assassination attempts and murder.

I'm about the same age as Charlie. I have children about the same age as his children.

Grew up on chan's. Seen plenty of gore, thought I was desensitized to it all. The video of him getting shot in the throat, his body immediately freezing, the blood gushing. MATI doesn't describe how I feel, how I want to react. I would never say I was a fan of Charlie, I avoid politics as much as I can. I just wanted to laugh at retards and climb rocks. If I want my children to be able to laugh at retards and climbs rock it appears I won't be able to, that a not insignificant part of the population around us won't leave others be. BBC news has said FBI confirmed they have pictures of the perp, but they won't reveal until perp is caught. Maybe they don't want to give the left wing their hero just yet, for fear he may be aided.

You know, in a weird cosmic sense, I almost don't blame that guy. If I just watched Charlie Kirk get assassinated before my very eyes and knowing the fall out as a result of this, yeah I'm taking a hat. It'd just feel like the right thing to do. A sort of morbid memorial. Something you look back on in years and go "Oh yeah, I was there." I was at Charlie Kirk's assassination. Just something in a weird way to remember the man by.

He'll probably sell it on eBay.
