Charlie Kirk was shot at an event at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah on Wednesday.

Bystanders report seeing Kirk shot near his neck during a Q&A with students.

A suspect is in custody, according to a UVU alert sent to students. The campus is on lockdown.

Multiple reports currently say Charlie Kirk made it to the hospital and is currently stable but the extent of his injuries and likelihood of recovery isn't currently known. He is in critical condition.

See, the problem is he didn't. He believed in making change through speech and dialogue. But he's dead now, which means the loudest voices on the Right now are the ones who say its pointless to argue with liberals now and instead it may be more prudent to just start shooting them too.
 
A good friend and colleague was in the front when it happened. he's a very staunch leftist, pro-anything lefty you can think of and extremely outspoken and involved. tranny flag pins, tranny flag bumper sticker, che guevara memorabilia, all that shit. he cheered on the multiple attempts on trump's life, the blm rampages, etc. he was really rattled by this and almost apologetic afterwards. normally a very jovial guy. I think that it is easy to take sides online or from a distance but when you're there you see things differently. he's a smart guy, I think he will learn something from it.

What else is he supposed to do? The Unis can't provide security outdoors obviously. If he does do them again he needs to be in auditoriums where security can actually lock it down.
