Charlie Kirk was shot at an event at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah on Wednesday.

Bystanders report seeing Kirk shot near his neck during a Q&A with students.

A suspect is in custody, according to a UVU alert sent to students. The campus is on lockdown.

Multiple reports currently say Charlie Kirk made it to the hospital and is currently stable but the extent of his injuries and likelihood of recovery isn't currently known. He is in critical condition.

And as long as there is a demand there's a supply whether it be him or someone else. The whole reason why the news became rage bait was because they needed to keep viewership during slow days. Are they to blame? Yeah kinda but the people tune in for the drama and ragebait, they want it and even ask for it when desperate.

there's so many screenshots from reddit, and from what i've heard, plenty of people on all social medias tap basically dancing over this. this is reality. it's very clear that the left hates anyone right of center and wants them dead.
 
It does seem like assassinations are becoming somewhat normalized I guess? I mean Kirk honestly was pretty mid. He wasn't overly inflammatory or radical. Dude was just a paid shill pushing right wing politics with a creepy smile, but I wouldn't think he's worth shooting.
