Considering the fact that CEOs are still getting shot in NYC and the now President just over a year ago was shot at and almost killed should tell any politically significant person with money to up their security to the max. At the very least, he should've had one of those bulletproof glass fixtures in front of the table and had it securely held in place. I don't know if dieselling a break barrel would be able to make it that effective at that range or even that loud. They're normally only effective at 40 yards for small game. Getting a shot at 200 yards seems very improbable and even then, I haven't heard them get as loud as the one in the vid as the noise is coming from compressed air that's pumped via a large spring.

I can't help but feel like these things aren't really a good comparison.
