I've heard that, but is that actually confirmed, or is it a thread theory as to what he wants to do?
Nick's directly stated that he wants to use the guilty plea to sue Aaron as Kayla's lawyer and then sue him for business interference as Rekieta Law LLC, and I think he also wants to represent Melton and sue Aaron for "defaming" him as a pedophile

He also said he wants to take Aaron's house from him

Meanwhile, in MN, they seem to impose the fine, and then just not give a much of a shit. The actual enforcement of the vehicular code of MN seems like a big joke.

Pretty much. There is a general attitude in the state capital that enforcing traffic laws makes poor people suffer. That people have a sort of right to have their car and drive no matter what. Because if they can't drive, then they will lose their job, turn to crime and either end up in prison or homeless.

Suspending licenses for most things is becoming progressively more rare.

Cars can't be towed for unpaid parking tickets anymore which has created a nightmare in some places.

Getting towed for lack of registration or lack of insurance used to be somewhat common but its not anymore. As Nick has shown, they just give you a ticket and send you on your way.

The only thing the state still is serious about is DUIs and such. And if cars don't follow the rules around where to park during snow removal in the winter.

Nick is just going to keep coming after him. Lets hope the statue of limitations runs out, but if not then Aaron is a fool if he has not moved his house and other assets into a trust.

I loved how he said that his restraining order is totally "unconstitutional."

Of course it was the BIASED and STUPIND court that kicked him out before he could pass the vital piece of evidence to his lawyer that would have won him that hearing!

Who the heck agreed to the order? YOUR LAWYER! This is Franks Motion 2.0, and Nick has already WON!

He thinks he's super-smart and lawyer-clever to fight every single instance of his violation of law.

I guarantee he was the child that lied to your face to get out of trouble, then when caught said 'Sorry' and expected to be let off.

He doesn't want fairness or rules--he wants unfettered freedom from accountability.

I've heard that, but is that actually confirmed, or is it a thread theory as to what he wants to do?

He has stated that he 'may' have pending civil litigation against 'different parties' after his criminal case was concluded. It was heavily implied to be Aaron and other people who have hurt him and his family.

At the beginning of the stream Nick caps off complaining about the HRO with:
I have made it a policy to basically ignore that part of my life on my show here, I talk about it elsewhere. But I will be implementing, I think in the next stream that I do, which is intended to be tonight, we will be implementing a new policy where I basically be willing to talk about pretty much anything that isn't in the restraining order. Which I wasn't gonna do, but now I will, because it's just that fucking stupid.
Not that the "restraining order" he's referring to here is the gag order from the judge in the HRO case.

So he's claiming he has refrained from talking about Aaron on his show (fucking false) but now since Aaron filed for the HRO, Nick is going to retaliate by harassing Aaron on the main show. Now I'm no lawyer but that does not seem like a sound strategy leading in to round 2 of a hearing that you were already losing.

I personally think there will be no stream tonight, and probably not another one until the next hearing happens, so it's moot anyway but it's still such a self destructive and retarded doubling down

Nothing preventing him from coughing up the dough to hire someone to do this on his behalf. But no, he wants to do it to prove he can, and also he's too cheap to hire competent counsel/ they won't take him, plus he thinks they're all dumber than he is, anyway.
He doesn't have the dough, and I doubt even Celeste would be willing to fund his cock-starved lawsuit against his ex-gay-lover because he's mad the dude isn't dicking him any more.

I know you've said Missouri sucks, but aren't they at least significantly bigger hardasses about traffic fines? I thought I read that back during the Ferguson shitshow.
I actually really like Missouri (St. Louis sucks dicks), but it has it's share of problems like anywhere. I think it's just a pretty unusual place in a lot of ways. People frankly have a generally permissive attitude about drugs and alcohol here, so even in the rural places you get deals similar to what Nick got on first time drug offenses. The kind of property crime and violence they tolerate in MN would never even be considered outside of St. Louis,

St. Louis is probably going to have the police force and parts of the city government taken over by the state soon to stop all they silly bullshit. The entire rest of the state hates those fucking guys. It happened to KC to break up the mob and the local political machine (worked really well, actually)

They totally changed the rules on traffic stuff after Ferguson. There were places were the fines were frankly abusive so they caped them and cut out a lot of fees and hoops. It's still relatively easy to get your drivers license suspended - but there are both large swaths of the state where drivers license are basically considered fake and gay AND parts where they will charge your ass with a felony if you get four driving while suspended's.

Whatever, OT LOL

Nick's cope about the law firm thing is insane. It was obvious that this was a likely problem as soon as Nick got suspended. Instead he just retardedly forge on talking about his "small law firm" well after he was suspended.

Nick comes back with new content and his choice is dabbleverse talk. Nearly three hours talking about the legal side of Stuttering John. it seems like the pull of the dabbleverse has fully captured him and he will likely never escape it.

Okay, but that's different than him acting as Plaintiff's attorney. I am hearing two different stories here.

It doesn't matter, I guess. I'll say this (which should cover all the bases): IF he actually wants to sue Aaron, while acting as plaintiff's attorney, I hope OLPR and the MN Supreme Court punch his ticket before it can get to that point.

Everyone here wants the worst for Rekieta, in various ways, but him not getting his license back is important because how he can misuse it to wreak havoc. The man has zero business practicing ever again. He's a menace to others, and a abject disgrace to the profession.

My recollection is he did some weasel word stuff. Something like "And you know - maybe *seething laugh* - maybe there's a woman out there who was the victim of a sex crime who can sue for damages. And maybe there's a YouTuber who's suffered from your damaging defamation who also happens to be a lawyer. Maybe that same lawyer has a media company that's suffered damages from your lies. And maybe there's another YouTuber - maybe named after some vegetable or something, who knows - who can prove reputational harm from you calling him a pedophile for years. Can you afford to defend all of those cases? Can you afford not to? Because they wouldn't cost much for the attorney to fight them and maybe he's willing to work for free."

It's been obvious since a long time ago that the OPL people don't like Nick or his shithead attitude. His continual determination to fly way too close to the sun is amazing to me.

I still think if nothing else he's going to get tagged with the "bringing the profession into disrepute" catch-all. Lets be honest, Nick is a radioactive POS and the makes anything he's associated with look bad. That rule was literally made for guys like him.

Wait you mean he ISN'T an attorney in good standing with a criminal law practice? I feel misled.

Nick just lies and says whatever because he only cares about what his retarded sycophants think of him and they'll believe anything.

If Nick said he invented a cure for cancer, but Aaron destroyed it they'd all believe it no questions asked.

These are the gayest things I've ever seen. Nick still having this big an ego is insane.

It seems like the pull of the dabbleverse has fully captured him and he will likely never escape it.

To be associated with the dabbleverse is a scarlet letter of a dead career, and you've been consigned to scrounging with fellow failures (from the stand-up comedy, radio and podcasting world) for the attention of a few hundred nostalgic gen-X and millennial bums.

They tolerate him specifically due to the man he allowed to fuck his wife, not for his hot takes.

It's surreal to me but then I am sane.
Rekieta is an insane clown pussy. He is a faggot and a buffoon. If he wasn't dangerous to others it would be hilarious. But kids are exposed to this asshole and so are people who, no matter how stupid they are or what their own risky behavior might have been, deserve much better than having this steaming piece of shit loose to harass them and their families.

Literally nobody gives a shit about Stuttering John outside the Diddleverse.

I always had a feeling that when Melton snaked Nick, he’d start via one of his clipper proxies.

Doom just posted this:

Peep that title. Starts out as a basic bitch clip. And then:

All of the defamation stuff would be insane on his part because Minnesota now has anti-SLAPP and all of the defamation stuff he talks about is really good anti-SLAPP material. And if Nick made the implicit or explicit threat ever about someone else being able to afford a whole lot of litigation, that is not really a good thing to have been saying (if he said it) in a state with anti-SLAPP.

Kayla suing for damages as the result of Aaron's guilty plea is perhaps the only realistic thing he is talking about. But Nick directly representing his wife in a court case against her former lover is (to put it mildly) a really stupid if not insane idea. It would be extremely enntertaining, but I think people would take a dim view of a cucked husband defending the honor of the wife who cucked him in a court of law.
