It mystifies me that he chose to get something from LOTR inked.
The writing on the One Ring being a retarded choice fits though.
LOTR is an adventure and war story with strong christian themes. It isn't hard to figure out, but Patrick manages.
The Tolkien mythos is generally not a good fit for him, the lore is dry and deep outside of the books that Tolkien actually got published.
He also never references it, instead his most referenced franchises are Marvel and Star Wars, which very much fits in with him being a consoomer soybitch.
He is averse to quality fiction, he doesn't feel it, he doesn't understand it and probably secretly doesn't like it.
His references to actual good Sci Fi or Fantasy like Dune, Babylon 5 or LOTR are rare and very surface level.
If he were 5 years younger, he would be a Disney Adult.
