Although Ellie is obviously alluding to Hitler in her new costume, she has gone out of her way to also distance the costume from nazism, for example through the use of a Mauser pistol instead of the Luger or Walther. The Mauser was technically used by the Germans during WW2, but it's not something they wanted to use, and I don't think I've ever seen any media portray the Mauser as a nazi gun. It's much more associated with Warlord era China and early communism, and even gamers know that because of the new game Metal Gear Solid Snake Eater that just released for the first time ever. If she got banned for this, it would be on the same level as banning someone for dressing up like a stormtrooper from Star Wars, it's just "generic bad guy that takes visual inspiration from Germany".

For context OliviaMonroe is one of the various vtubers that associate with Shondo but unlike most of them doesn't have a loli model. I'd assume this was at the NY anime con last week.

Just because they might believe that it would be acceptable to kill all Israelis doesn't mean that they like Hitler.
