do we have a right to try our hardest to escape social norms?

does society exist?

or is it just the generalization of how people's facts, opinions, and behaviors have incidental effects, and it's okay to not always go with the flow, even when it's difficult, hard to plan, or impossible?

is it okay to use a laptop in class? is handwriting accommodations a valid excuse? should i be allowed to type me exam in a supervised setting?

20s, almost almost 30
The effectiveness of introducing new technology into classrooms is an interesting pedagogical topic, but you sound like you're approaching it from the perspective of a student, not a parent or teacher. Not many people out of high school are asking if they should be allowed to "type me exam". So I'm a bit skeptical you're telling the truth, to say the least.

Whenever someone mindlessly regurgitates the "muh bodily autonomy" line regarding abortion it makes you wonder how stupid a person can be, because bodily autonomy is not absolute (nor should it be) and many of these are examples of that, and there's plenty more, such as military drafts.

Very good, Ssj_ness

I, too, think bodily autonomy should be put aside in regards to abortion, and the women who produced the mutations (to put it lightly) in linked thread should have had abortions pushed on them for the good of humanity.

I assume you're appealing to fringe cases, obsession with outliers and a tendency to direct & redirect the debate in those directions is the favored tactic of baby killers.

Most women who kill their babies do so for no "valid" reason, they're elective.

does society exist?
No. It is literally a social construct.
What is "society" is a group of people following same norms and rules.
Look around you, everything is made to hold you in. From electricity to bedding. A prison with golden bars.
Being comfortable is better than being in the cold and we will give our freedoms for that comfort and peace of mind.

Pretty sure the amount of women who carries through with killing a baby are rather fringe.

Husbands do pressure their wives into abortion sometimes.

..oh? I thought we were talking about actual baby killers. Speaking of original topic, didn't we both agree bodily autonomy ain't so important? Aren't you going to laugh with your A&H buddies and called it based or laugh at some woman having a miscarriage? It's not like you care about pregnancies or actual babies or anything.
