Update 1: (Sorry, no photos, DM sucks ass.)

At least 20 people are feared to have been gunned down after an active shooter stormed a Catholic church in Minneapolis as the parish school was holding its start-of-year mass.

The shooter stormed Annunciation Catholic Church on 54th Street around 8:30am local time. A Catholic grade school is connected to the church.

Preliminary reports indicate that at least four people are injured in the mass shoot, although authorities have not yet confirmed the number of victims.

Multiple children have been taken to a nearby hospital, law enforcement sources told KARE. It is unclear how exactly how many children have been hurt.

Minnesota state troopers, local police, FBI agents, paramedics and a large number of ambulances are currently at the scene.

'I’ve been briefed on a shooting at Annunciation Catholic School and will continue to provide updates as we get more information,' Governor Tim Walz said.

'The BCA and State Patrol are on scene. I’m praying for our kids and teachers whose first week of school was marred by this horrific act of violence.'

Officials at Annunciation Catholic School told Daily Mail that 'now is not the time to be answering your questions'.

It is unclear if the gunman has been apprehended. Daily Mail has approached the church and local police for further information.

he didn't shoot the children because he was a troon, he shot the children because he was into extremist internet circles dedicated to forcing the mentally retarded to kill random people for the sake of their twisted extremist beliefs inspired by the worst right-wing ideologies, you can't cope your way around this
>Troon
>Mentally retarded

These are the same things.

The Shooter's parents were extremely devout Catholics, attended the church that was shot regularly, and routinely.
Have (And hopefully still will) a deep connection to the church and community.

Wonder if this was some sort of act to try and hurt his parents.
He’s like the male version of Audrey Hale in so many respects it’s spooky.

I understand why, but was disappointed, Hale’s parents never publicly discussed what psychological treatment their daughter had for a decade and what advice they were given. Vanderbilt U Hospiital’s lawyers were like flies on shit on that situation. I doubt Robin’s parents were woke or agreed with his troon nonsense but I’d bet they felt a lot of guilt and pressure to support “their daughter” from various professionals took their son too, so they did.

Weird, alienated, depressed teens have always existed but from 2015-2022 it seems like they all got a troon Dx when they were taken to psychologists or doctor in any metro area.

Because when you're a 10 year old watching cartoons your only concerns should be recess and staying up too late on school nights, not "who should I be fucking?". I should not have to explain to you why an adult making them shouldn't be asking at all.
Romantic relationships aren't purely about sex. As a matter of fact, sexual "love" is the weakest type of love, as it is merely arousal and horniness.
A young boy dating a young boy is at least to me for some reason worse young boy dating a young girl. Either way, it's up for debate whether or not 10 year olds should be dating. Personally, I think they shouldn't be dating at such a young age.
Although, would it really be that harmful if a young child saw 2 people of the same gender kissing instead of the usual straight people kissing? There's nothing inherently sexual about it. The child probably wouldn't be interested in such a sight, especially if they're autistic. Not saying you should show your child gay media though.

The problem with TTD is that it will just force these cretins to double down on their depravity.
I'm at a loss. How the fuck will this shit end?
There is no cure all solution. There are just forks in the road where you can hope to supress and minimise attacks like this.
It is a new breed of spree killer, that is not a clear "he was bullied and he is getting revenge". Rebel without a cause is an apt comparison.
Politically speaking Trump could take guns away from troons by saying trannys are mentally ill and use existing gun grab laws to take them away and make it harder for them to own weapons. If your focus is on the troon angle.
It is not a good solution and it has a thousand different loopholes and what ifs, but it is just one i can pluck out of my head.
It is not a cure all, it is band aid on a deep issue of directionless, hapless autistic men(and yes sometimes pooners). It is a modern problem that has not existed through the time humans have been around.
Because we have almost space age standards of living for most people and it is clear to me that the mouse utopia experiment was clearly a prediction of how we are going.
I remember how someone was saying that most "useless men" got culled in war, famine and struggle. There is some truth in it i think. We have solved most of the struggle to survive. But we have given birth to a society that has over the last few years has become empty, soulless and devoid of meaning to a lot of young men. There is a load of reasons why they turn to abject misanthropy. Ones station in life, the failed romantic, the victim. Pick a reason and there is a person ready to shoot up a school for it now it seems.
They have retreated and seek approval from people that are just like them in discords, private groups and other places were the outcasts gather. They seem to see other people as not human and train to supress their empathetic emotions and become anti-social.
They learn to manipulate and access means of carrying attacks out egged on by the same sort of people online.

If the pope says something other that what is clearly stated in the bible, then he is wrong. Appeal to authority fallacy btw.
Without religion, you are simply an Atheist overwhelmed by the arbitrariness of too much free time. So you search for other things to occupy yourself with, as in, enslave yourself to. Whether it be porn, drugs, etc.

Those who are religious are much happier. Not because they have faith in god, but rather because there are so many of them, they feel like they're part of a big club. They don't feel lonely as result of being religious, they feel loved.

Most will also already know this, but gun homicides in most parts of the USA are actually in line with Western Europe and substantially lower than most parts of Africa and South America. It's just offset by the sky-high rates in inner cities.
One stat I saw years ago was that half the counties in America have zero murders per year. Half of the rest have a murder every other year.

The European parts of America have violent crime rates similar to or lower than Northern Europe, while the Africanized cities have similar violence to Africa.

It is if you fire a bunch of rounds at it, yeah
This "AR-15 so powerful is liquifies deer" stuff is laughable to anyone with any firearm knowledge.

The .223 is an intermediate caliber at the bottom end of what can humanely take a deer at modest range. Many states prohibit it, and Grandad's .30-06, .308, or .270 deer rifle has double the energy.

The only way you're hitting a deer with multiple rounds is if you maim it with a .223 and track it down for follow-up. Nobody's hitting a deer multiple times with a burst from a semi-auto.

Ive given up trying to understand in depth at all. All this dude was was a genuinely mentally ill schizo that got groomed by his parents and the internet into trooning out instead of getting the actual help he needed.
the core of the problem is that for so many young people there is no there there. they are empty inside and have nothing positive in their life. they fall for cult after cult that preys on broken people, whether that's changing your gender or getting into a nihilist grooming group. they're sociopaths that would have become lawyers or journalists or used car salesmen in the past but jews have worked as hard as possible to suppress anyone with any potential, even if it's negative potential

liberals refuse to accept that trannyism is one of these cults and is an indicator that you're a dangerous, broken person

Don't pretend for a second it's not what's occupying the pornsick minds of each and every person in the LGTV 'movement'.
Technically us bigoted chudcels are more obsessed than LGBTroons ever will be. Whenever we raid them, they're like "ehh it was a bunch of racist losers who raided with gore" and laugh it off.

Non-hunters and city people generally have no idea how much animal a deer is compared to a person and how much meat the bullet has to go through from some angles to get a vital organ.

If you're Catholic you're going to care about what the Pope says than about a bunch of other books say.
You'll care because it is the pope, this does not mean you have to take it seriously or ignore the bible in favour of his words. How do you think more conservative/more liberal priests exist at the same time?
Africanized cities have similar violence to Africa.
What do you mean by this chud?

“I know that in America we value life. I know that in America we are loving neighbors,” Rep. Ilhan Omar said at a Minneapolis City Hall news conference. “But what I do not know is why, uniquely in America, we have the capacity to not change what we know we can.”

“This is something that is simple, a simple ban to make sure people who should not have access to these weapons do not get them and then cause harm and trauma for generations to come in our communities,” Omar said. “It is a simple ask. You don’t have to be Republican, you don’t have to be a Democrat. You don’t have to be political at all.”
— Sofia Barnett

1:30 p.m. - Mayor Jacob Frey called for stricter gun control measures during a press conference a short while ago.

“Here’s the final ask: to the extent other levels of government are either unwilling or unable to keep cities safe. Let us do it ourselves,” Frey said. “We are responsible for 435,000 residents that call Minneapolis home, and many more that come and go. I think we’d be happy to ban assault rifles here in Minneapolis.” Applause echoed throughout the rotunda.
— Sofia Barnett

1:26 p.m. - Late Thursday morning, a man outside the church was consoled by several people who told him “I’m so sorry for your loss.” He declined to speak to a reporter. A priest sat with the man on the bleachers outside where the school’s windows were shot out, and escorted him through the memorial area.
— Louis Krauss

1:14 p.m. - The shooting shocked Father Joseph Johnson, rector and pastor for the Cathedral of St. Paul who organized a prayer at noon for Annunciation Church victims. More than 150 people attended the gathering, hugging each other, crossing their hearts and bowing their heads into hands clasped together for prayer.

Bells chimed and attendees’ voices echoed, singing, “All Ye Who Seek A Comfort Sure.” St. Paul police officers strolled the halls, watching attendees.

“We have to work harder to protect our young, but also to foster in society that respect for one another even when you disagree about things,” Johnson, 54, said. “We’ve come to an unraveling of society’s fabric where there are many people [who] have very very different goals from one another, very different views of what society looks like, and I think we need to sit down for some heart-to-heart talks about that and learn to respect each other in those discussions.”
— Kyeland Jackson

1:11 p.m. - Dozens of volunteers with Moms Demand Action, a grassroots organization of Americans fighting against gun violence, packed into City Hall for a press conference Thursday afternoon. Some held hands with children, others held signs; many wore bright red shirts lettered with the group’s name as they sat on the steps of the rotunda.

“Back to school, not back to fear,” one sign read. “Kids hide under desks as politicians hide under theirs,” read another.

“We are committed to not having this be the scenario where another politician comes up to say never again, another person stands in front of a microphone to announce a horribly tragic and unspeakable situation where more family members have been killed,” Mayor Jacob Frey said. “We are committed to making this time different, and we have so many residents around our city and around our state that are 100%, united to make sure that something like this doesn’t happen again.”
— Sofia Barnett

1:03 p.m. - Astoria Safe, 10, was grazed on the forehead by one of the shots. A small scab marked where she was nearly struck, and her father pointed out a bullet fragment lodged in the top of her head, which doctors deemed too dangerous to remove but said wouldn’t cause long-term issues.

Safe talked about helping pull two other kids next to her down when the bullets started flying. “I had two buddies side-by-side and I just pushed their heads down to make sure they were safe,” she said. “I thought it was fireworks, it was just crazy. And the smell was terrible.”
— Louis Krauss

12:50 p.m. - Students and their families continue to drop off flowers at Annunciation Catholic School in Minneapolis on Thursday.
— Louis Krauss

12:30 p.m. - City officials have increased to 18 the number of people who were wounded by gunfire Wednesday at Annunciation Church and School. As reported previously, two children, ages 8 and 10, were killed. The number of children wounded now stands at 15, with three adult worshipers also wounded. Police Chief Brian O’Hara has said all who were wounded will survive.
— Paul Walsh

12:15 p.m. - Natalie Davis said her family’s world “was turned upside down” when her 13-year-old nephew was shot at the church Wednesday. In a posting on an online fundraising campaign on behalf of Endre Gunter’s family, Davis wrote that the eighth-grader was shot twice while attending mass.

“It’s impossible to make sense of this act of violence against children, in a place that should have been a sanctuary of peace and safety,” Davis wrote. “In the face of unimaginable fear and pain, Endre showed strength and faith beyond his years.” Davis said that before Endre went into surgery, he asked the doctor, “‘Can you say a prayer with me?’”

11:57 a.m. - Gov. Tim Walz on Thursday deployed 20 state law enforcement officers to help patrol schools and places of worship in Minneapolis.

The officers, from the State Patrol and Department of Natural Resources, will coordinate with the Minneapolis Police Department.

“No child in America should go to school apprehensive of danger, of losing a classmate, of gunshots during prayer,” Walz said in a statement. “We will work in close partnership with the City of Minneapolis to give residents every reassurance that their families and their children are safe.”

The state Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is also helping MPD investigate the shooting.
— Nathaniel Minor

11:40 a.m. - More than 1,700 people have made appointments with Memorial Blood Centers (MBC) to donate blood since Wednesday morning as they looked for ways to help following the Annunciation Church shootings.

The St. Paul-based blood donor agency said in a statement that it is “overwhelmed” by the support. It normally schedules 260 appointments per day. At least 395 people were first-time donors.

MBC provided 252 units of blood, platelets and plasma to HCMC, Children’s Minnesota and other hospital providers in response to the shooting. HCMC received 10 of the victims and Children’s received seven.

Dr. Tom Wyatt, HCMC’s chair of emergency medicine, said the usage of donor blood was “pretty substantial” Wednesday in the treatment of gunshot wounds. The American Red Cross also supplies donor blood for Minnesota hospitals and is taking appointments at redcrossblood.org.

— Jeremy Olson

11:32 a.m. - One woman who declined to be identified described being inside the church as the shooting happened. She said she feels “grief and the helplessness for the families that lost their two children, and for all those wounded, and our dear friends.”

“We escaped fine. We didn’t get hurt. We were able to comfort the little children and help bandage their head, their arms or anything,” she said. She added that at first, she believed the gunfire was “a prank or fireworks.”

“Then the screams told you it wasn’t,” she said.
