We're finally getting another derranged 'clair, and its COCKclair. Its chunni as shit and I love how he sounds during his S3, he really sounds like a rooster.

This is the event before ryoshu will suffer. I'm very glad we got a princess maker minigame it's new gamemodes hopefully KJM keeps it up with new game modes i'd rather be confused by 600 minigames like pgr then have 1 game that you play every day. Also horse transformation.

In terms of Sinner books I've honestly read them all across my life. Yes, even Dream of the Red Chamber (I used my time during Canto VII's several dead months to read it all). The Stranger continues to remain one of my favourite books and pieces of literature and I remember reading Wuthering Heights and Moby Dick when I was a teen in High School. I want to reread the Iliad and the Odyssey again as its been a long time since I've read them along with getting around to reading Water Margin since its basically required reading at this point for Canto IX.

In the same way Maotis requires Ebony Stem to go neutral-positive, WuSang essencially requires Dimension Shredder to not be negative either (+1/+1/+0/+0 with DS). These two seem like really messy IDs, and not just because they're paying the Maost tax. Cockclair's potency application sounds okay but he's really count negative. And I don't mean in a "oh boohoo he don't play the game and doesn't know the Maos can carry count" way. He is, most likely, -2 on every single skill he has, and -1 on his counter (and I guess -1 on his S2 without the reuse). Sigor and Sidya are already iffy in count, so is Hong Kong, and so is Yi Sang (without DS), but Sinclair has no way to increase his count application, and he's the most negative out of everyone thus far. I really wish he was bleed, Sinclair really didn't need another burn-adjacent ID.

I don't care if Horse Sang has negative Rupture Count I'm running him with Xishmael and Kong Lu for maximum Kino. Also it's funny how much support the Heishou are getting, we have Adept Faust who does Deathrite Syngery, Kong Lu who supports the entire team, Xishmael who combos with Horse Sang specifically... and then you have Rooser 'Clair who's just kind of there.
Rooster 'Clair feels like he needs his own support unit, since he doesn't have an easy way to lower his own HP. He probably won't be as much of a potential man as Xishmael since he can reuse the last coin of his S2 and the bonus damage on his S3.
A bit of Spoilers id that Kong Lu has lines, although not mechanics, for all twelve of the Heishou packs in the game code so we'll probably keep getting these guys. I wouldn't be surprised if we get two more new Heishou Packs when this event has a rerun, although I really wonder what they'll do with the Heishou Packs once we run out of Status effects to pair Rupture with, since we already have-
  • Mao: Rupture with some Haste syngery
  • Si: Rupture with Poise
  • Wu: Rupture with Tremor
  • (You) Rupture with Burn
Jia Mu(Evil Granny)'s skills do allude to the other Heishou Packs, but that's unreliable as her skills don't match with the mechanics of the Heishou Packs.

Edit: spoilers from the newest datamine, but Don and Ryoshu might be getting new IDs in between this Intervallo and the colab EGOs since misc files were found for a new Don and Ryoshu ID.

Horse gacha generally lean more on horse racing trivias and historical facts rather that literature pieces. You might need japanese translators and decent way to deep diver through horse racing/horse derby stuff and also equine-related stuff to get a sense of the funfact beyond surface level personality traits or designs.

... Assuming this is for actual horse gacha and not something related to umamusume Heishou Yisang
 
Going through the achievements leisurely this time and the damage ones are still just as easy this time as they were before. Last time the cap was for doing 10k and this time its 15k. Just run a sinking team on hard, get all of the sinking gifts maxed out and hope you get the centipede on floor 4+. Turn one just let some units attack so you don't stagger it (especially if its a node encounter since it has significantly less health), turn two clash and pile on to whichever part had the most potency and count, turn three apply more and hopefully deluge it near the end of your turn without clashing. Very easy to net all of the damage achievements and sinking application in one run.
