I was looking for this log. I'm tired of this nigga using the phrase "this Rose person" in his statements in an attempt to minimize the relationship he had with a minor. Attila Hall (Rose) was someone he considered a close friend. Not only did he state so explicitly, but it shows in his actions when he repeatedly confides in her about his affair with Lauren Southern.

Maybe, but she likely provided an address/po box that he couldnt tie back to her. I really don't think she was an actual fan, she was just pandering to him.

It speaks to his almost pathological dishonesty and his character. He's been lying about nearly every aspect of this, from the significant to the minor (pun not intended) details.

Yeah, I can make that edit. I'm gonna hold off until tonight or tomorrow though. I want to wait until I get some more feedback/additions people want. If you guys have anything you want me to add to this write up, either reply to it or DM me, and I'll look it over. Try not to shit up the thread with just edit notes, though.

Right now, I'm working on a brief write-up on verifying Rose's age, and editing my first one about Destiny keeping what he obviously knew was CSAM.

One thing I want to add to the post is that DM between Pxie and Destiny, where he says to tell her parents that the tapes are deepfakes. It's so fantastically evil that I thought it was fake the first time I read it. How she didn't just walk over to his apartment and castrate him after that is a mystery to me. I mean, even if he only sells like 2000 shirts, how is he going to correlate any given address with Rose?
He would have to know the exact city she lived in and then hope that she put her real full name on the order, then he would find her by looking up every person's name.
But I highly doubt he found her first, I know that he is a retard but there is no fucking way he would actually taunt people who are trying to find a girl that he knew was underage when he sexted her.
 
A 17 year old should know that that's not okay to post sexual images of themselves online.

Assuming he has direct access to customer information (darkfate_fgg suggested he might not have access to that, which could be the case) you could go by the date of the sales order and match it to the item trivially. He knew the date that picture of her wearing his merch was taken, and we know that he knew she lived in Rockford - you just look for the (probably only) girl/person with a feminine name buying your shit in Illinois around the date the picture was taken.

That said, I really doubt she ordered it of her own volition - it's much more likely that destiny just shipped it to her for free. But if that's the case, he needed to know where to ship it. So why with such a head start was he unable to find her? Maybe she moved, maybe she gave him a fake name, maybe she gave him a fake name and a PO box that couldn't be easily traced back to her. I just have serious doubts a professional private investigator (that I assume he hired at some point) wouldn't be able to find her with that information. If he really did exhaust his options to the point he was so confident Blav, Kyla Turner and the other thread detectives would never be able to find her, why didn't he pull this obvious thread of info that only he had?

It's not a huge deal - it's just an interesting mystery that there doesn't seem to be a clear answer to. I feel like there's probably more to this we don't know, and that Destiny may have had contact with Rose before he's letting on.

He knew the city she was from (see chat logs) and he knew the approximate date she got the shirt (see photo). My guess is that he doesn't sell hundreds of shirts to female customers from Rockford/Chicago.


Also, 90% of his stuff gets shipped from Bangladesh directly to India anyway.

Most people recognize that we are supposed to protect the most vulnerable amongst us, even from themselves, and this comment is dumb as hell. The reason people are mad at Destiny is because he didn't do enough to protect someone from being victimized when he puts himself in situations that have increased risk of there being a victim. Whether or not she could have made better choices has nothing to do with whether or not she's a victim.
