Where most of the confusion is coming from is that Destiny and DDJeeters are trying to conflate the Pxie material with the Rose material in making them one in the same.

I would be curious to know the impact this would have on others involved. I am very interested to know who Destiny potentially distributed to and their willingness to accept such content knowing what it possibly could be.

But it seems to be that the material is controlled, catalogued, separate and its possible that Destiny has only declared the Pxie material as he has made the assumption the Rose stuff is irrelevant to the claims for his civil case.

This is the point where I believe Destiny is being tricky.

Destiny is going to run with the defense that if he never declares to it being CSAM then its not because to his knowledge it wasn't, and that's why he never brought it to anyone's attention. However, we know the law doesn't operate this way.

We seem to have the receipts confirming that he at least knew that he may be in possession of such material. At a minimum the reputational damage will expose him for being a creep.

In terms of being enough to bring criminal charges, I can't say with confidence that it would.

Destiny has to preserve his messages with Rose b/c that's how Destiny leaked Pxie's nudes. The messages to Rose also contain CP and proof of other crimes.

They're basically one in the same at this point. They are inextricably linked.

Absolutely the messages he sent Rose of Pxie are material to the case. Though there is a bit of a nuance between Pxie's material and Rose's material.

In Destiny's latest video he says that "people think this is a new thing that is happening every few months", but then he goes on to say, "its actually the same thing just rehashed said in different". With that, Destiny is trying to imply that the overlap between Rose and Pxie, where material was shared is the apex of allegations and the "snarks" are implying the content between Destiny and Rose of Pxie is CSAM.

When in reality the timeline of his interactions with Rose show that he was engaged with her prior to the sharing of Pxie's content.

The two situations are completely unrelated and occurred independently of each other. He shares material of everyone behind everyone's back and that is exactly what it will expose.

Destiny and the DDJeets are purposefully conflating the aforementioned overlap as being the totality of the material when its evident that Destiny was sharing content with Rose a long time before Pxie came into the orbit.

I would assume that Destiny has been sharing content with Rose, of Pxie and others, for a very long time.
