I was just thinking about how many people on Twitter insist this website is "ontologically evil" or whatever faggot terminology.
They always do it on Twitter or social media but what if social media didn't exist yet? What if it was like 2005 and you came across a thread on here making fun of trannies or some faggot furry?

What would you do? Would you copy past the URL and post is everywhere so others could avoid the same "bad place"? Would you go for the ole Streisand strategy of mentioning the name but refusing to link to it?

Probably not the answer you are looking for but I think I would have forgotten, the site wouldn't have stood out back then.

idk. i was kind of an asshole back then too....i dont think there has ever been a time since i found the internet that i havent used it to be a pain in the ass somewhere.
i wouldve absolutely LOVED IT here.

In 2005 I'd mostly be shocked at how slick this website looked instead of the more limited phpbb places like this were using back then

Definitely wouldn’t have stood out it wasn’t until the sjws and the blue sky faggot types decided every opinion that’s not theirs is a hate crime

>Clicks page
>20 images need to load
>5 minutes pass
>only 2 have fully loaded

Forums talking about other forums didn't seem very common in 2005, did it? Generally, talking about internet forums in 2005 just made you weird.

If the website as it exists now existed back then? It wouldn't get the same reaction.

The people who constantly bitch about the website I'm pretty sure aren't truly that offended by the nature of it, they're just groups of pathetic control freaks like Fong who are pissed that this isn't a subreddit where they or one of their buddies who jerk off in dresses can ban anyone who doesn't suck up to them or help them run PR control. So then they go on Twitter to assure people KF is the most evil of all evil websites, they've even caused 4 people to kill themselves, and it needs to be destroyed.

Personally I'd think it was really weird that a bunch of people were on some gay forum to talk about other people on the internet, so I'd imagine everyone who uses KF is a hardcore proto nerd and leave.
That's possibly why we've had characters like Android Raptor; back in the day, using a forum like this sort of was weirder, since the internet mattered less. Plus you could just outright call people racial slurs on most other websites, so if you were here, it was 100% for the love of petty internet gossip.

I keep seeing a rise of the use of the word "ontological", like "ontologically evil", not just in your meme OP.

It's a fucking website that people use to talk about stuff they would in a Discord server as well, it's legal and is mostly inconsequential gossipping, there is no "ontologically evil" here.

To answer you, I wouldn't have done anything differently. Sign up and talk about what I want.
