This is pretty much my concern. It’ll stay in the sphere and constantly used to mock Destiny but would go no where on a legal basis so Destiny still stays afloat thanks to his simps. He’ll be poked and prodded but largely will remain a whiny voice in all things. Unless the girl files something or her parents do I largely see it dead in the water and then it’s all “What about statute of limitations”. I can see poop touchers calling up police but that’ll just further trivialize any investigation into being ignored. Maybe one of the many receivers of Destiny’s CP stash would have a change of heart and voluntarily report it but I feel like that’s asking too much.
 
idk, I think that if the group chat is real, and we have good reasons to believe that it is. And he really was sending what is essentially 60 GB of CP to 10 other people, I think he's going to get fucked, but I guess he first needs to be reported to the FBI, and Discord needs to collaborate with them because Destiny has 100% already deleted all evidence of his actions, just like he started deleting DMs in January. Whether that will actually happen? I doubt it, but I guess we'll see.
 
Regardless of anything that happens, Destiny will always have a few thousand retarded Footsoldiers that will stick around even if he flat out raped and murdered someone. There is also the fact that hes engaged in an ongoing lawsuit for being the gross sex pest he is that doesn't appear to be going as well for him as he keeps claiming/coping it is. If this new revelation factors into the lawsuit it's not going to be a good look for him at all.

I don't know if he'll ever do jail time but honestly the worst thing for destiny to suffer is to become an ongoing repulsive, predatory, grooming, laughingstock, which affects him more than anything as he wants to be taken seriously.

This also doesn't even take into consideration the fact that Destiyn has defended multiple times sexual relations between minors and adults, in the specific context of content creators having sex with their underaged fans.

Some people seem to miss the fact age of consent is not relevant for most of the crimes he committed. As far as sexually explicit material, you're a child until you're 18. It's that simple. Even in countries/states with lower age of consent, that's the case.
