If she had the sense God gave a goose, she'd delete social media and disappear forever, but then she wouldn't be a Lolcow who asks 13 year olds to bathe her and get her beer.

But what will probably happen is that she'll get offered a lesser plea and she'll take it because she doesn't really want to deal with a trial and the prosecutor has to know that she's gonna pull HARD for the "I'm a domestic violence survivor cripple who wasn't thinking right due to substance use and being abused." She's a sympathetic figure for a jury, hate to say it.

This was absolutely going to be the start of a grooming arc. In her mind, he's 13/14, why would he say no? I get the impression she's dumb enough to try posting CP to Onlyfans.
 
Those statements are a harsh read. Wont lie to being rather disengaged with 99% of what I read, think that other farmers comments/instatwat comments/facebook comments about the incident just sort of washed over. But the voice of the child being there .... bless that poor kid - he just wanted to be a helpful neighbor.

Shame Alex isn't a decent human and couldn't have just ended it with 'would you mind helping a sweet old crip out with her shopping deary' and went straight to 'oi kid, can you help me get neked?'

Could this charge change her ability to have custody of Ari? I mean I know Noah hasn't got a farts chance in space but would this trigger some kind of CPS review of Alex?

Forgive the OT but the case referenced in this screenshot is bonkers and mom is an obnoxious, loud-mouthed, entitled, unhinged asshole who deserves every second of jail time that she gets. I'm linking 2 videos of this case below for your train wreck enjoyment.

When I clicked on this thread from CH and read through the police report, I was not picturing an auschwittz survivor, holy shit. I take back everything I was never about to say, kill her with a rock.

That being said, I don't whether to praise the boy or feel bad for him. On the one hand it's an admirable quality of a person to help the disabled despite their disgusting appearance or own personal discomfort and he was very mature about it. On the other hand, SHE'S A STICK FIGURE PROSTITUTE BEING NAKEDLY DISGUSTING while drunk.

Any legal Kiwis want/are willing to chime in on what she's facing if she's convicted? I'm sure increased CPS scrutiny is a given (God, please let that be given), but will she receive jail time? Do people like her even go to jail if it's a nonviolent crime? Would she just stay in the med unit the whole sentence? Can Ari continue living with them if she's convicted but supervised (theoretically) at all times by her parents?

So many questions.
 
What are the odds that the many posts of herself naked with baby/pedo-baiting end up as evidence in the jury trial? If so, would those potentially open her up to other charges?

Reddit is having a field day with posting the many screen shots of her mentioning that her type is underage boys. If those are also allowed as evidence in the trial, that jury’s not going to have much to deliberate about…

I can take a stab at this. So a lot of this is dependent by state. For example, Texas does not restrict where registered sex offenders can live, Arkansas does (although it varies by their level).

In all honesty, this will probably get an acquittal at jury trial (or a mistrial and the state doesn’t refile). If it doesn’t get that fat and she takes a plea, it will most certainly be a lesser charge like contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Please don’t shoot the messenger. None of this is to downplay her actions (I have a son and he’s really the only person on the planet I would gladly take a charge for protecting in this scenario). It’s just the likely outcome. The courts are overloaded by habitual offenders, violent criminals and violent sex predators. The challenge the prosecution has is convincing a jury that every element of the statute she’s being charged with was violated. It’s absolutely a distinct possibility this never reaches trial. Most likely probation; it depends on the plea whether she’d be considered a sex offender.

If you’re not convicted, it can’t really be used against you in regards to CPS long term. Doing OF is not sufficient to lose custody. Being a drunk isn’t. They would have to show that Ari is in clear and present danger under Alex’s care. The fact is, she didn’t have Ari there when this happened, so it could be argued (and will be if it goes there), that as long as she wasn’t convicted, being an idiot on the weekend baby daddy has the kid is her right (ie being drunk). If it is pleas down to contributing to the delinquency of a minor, that could still go against her, but it would really be up to a judge and a number of other factors. Hope this helps.

Brooo the charges are so bad. I noticed that the officer made sure to mention that at no point did Alex attempt to get dressed, and the child specifically stated that he handed her a towel but she didn’t use it. These are pretty significant details that demonstrate willful intent.

As much as I empathize with disabled people who require caregivers for basic functions (especially a disabled person whose caregiver isn’t available), a reasonable person would have handled this situation completely differently. She literally could have asked the child if his mother was around to help her instead and it wouldn’t have been as weird. At the very least she didn’t NEED to take a bath and get alcohol. It’s inappropriate in the first place to even invite a random minor to her apartment alone, but the unnecessary superfluous shit makes it soooo much creepier and weirder.

I can’t wait until Law and Crime Network gets ahold of this footage lol. The cops did a good job with questioning. She made so many incriminating statements, if she had any brain cells at all she would have asked for an attorney as soon as the officers arrived.

I will be very very surprised if this makes it to trial. Prosecutors typically offer plea deals for charges like this to avoid making a traumatized victim testify, especially a young victim. And Florida trials can be televised which is something Alex will want to avoid.
