Regarding the Leanna situation, no, Phil isn't a pedophile or a groomer. He is still a creep for talking to a teenage fan and only starting a relationship the second she turned 18. The idea that "she's an adult, she can make her own decisions" doesn't apply here because, yes, at 18 you are an adult, but you're still a fucking moron who knows nothing about life, and usually the whole "you can date whoever you want" only applies if you're dating someone in the same age range, a +25 y/o dating someone who just turned 18 is creepy, so here the responsible adult should have been Phil (key word: should) because it's very easy to score an 18 y/o as long as you have a bit of cash, that's why the only people over 25 dating much younger girls are fucking losers who can't handle women their own age, since they want what is basically a daughter they can fuck. In Phil's case, we know he's a faggot who was lusting over John Rambo's cock and there's video evidence of Leanna lying and sticking her ass in a hotel room while Phil was autistically ranting about the room, so in a strange turn of events, Phil wanted an 18 y/o to be his new mom, you know, the one thing people over 30 wouldn't ever want in an 18 y/o.
I mean, the fact that people even doubt that those two ever had sex should tell you enough. I don't think Phil wanted an 18 y/o because he's a pedo or a groomer, he wanted her so he could have someone dependant on him, since we saw how the second Leanna began to mature he started to resent her. He only wanted control, he didn't want her tight pussy or whatever people use as argument to flex on fucking clueless teenage girls who don't know any better. On another note, do we even know if Phil even had other choices? For a youtuber his size, he should have had a flock of fangirls ready to jump, yet it feels like both times Leanna and Kat were the only ones who ever showed interest in him, so Leanna being 18 feels more like an unfortunate coincidence because there wasn't any other candidates. We certainly know that FGC Phil wasn't a lady's man.
And regarding the Street Fighter situation, yes, Phil isn't the worst player ever but he's nowhere near as good as he should be, and certainly nowhere near as good as he thinks he is.
Phil always ran from ranked as soon as he reached Master rank, and the few times he played we saw how he got utterly destroyed. For such a fighting game veteran, Phil's performance was a joke and not what you'd expect from a former EVO 4th place, so even if he reached Master, he was at the bottom, meaning that he can take on most casual players but gets stomped by actual competitive players. For example, I can play SSBU, like I know the mechanics, the basics and a few combos, and anytime I've played with friends I could easily win, but if I went to play Elite Smash (competitive) or went to a tourney, I'd get my ass handed to me. Now, it would be pretty retarded for me to call myself a top level player just because I can stomp on people who just picked the game, so obviously I don't, this is not the case with Phil. Phil hid on casual and sweated his ass off against very clearly begginers and then bragged about his high winrate instead of going where the actual competitors were.
He's said it himself, he hates that people can learn techs and combos instead of keeping that knowledge secret (even though all he learned on SF6 were from guides, he said so). Phil is the guy who will look like a good player at a casual gathering where your friend boots up the game, but that's as far as he goes. A "former pro" who can't handle the bottom tier of actual competition and runs away from it is a joke. He does the same with CVS2 and MVC2, where he knows the top tier spam techs and even his "joke" teams have the strongest assists/supers he can cheap a 60% combo from. Compare his gameplay to JWong's and you can easily see the difference between an actual pro and someone who just wants to beat up clueless kids at the arcade. As others said, Phil is a gatekeeper, he is the filter that you have to go through if you actually want to be competitive instead of just playing casually after work, but once you do that, he's a scrub, as proven by RawPhil.
On another note, can we stop pretending like EVO 2005 had the same level as modern EVO? Back then EVO was barely a thing where most players participating were on the same forum sharing the same techs, many with actual jobs since only very few could afford to actually go there, so by no means the best players in the world were there like they're now. Nowadays a good player can get a sponsor because of social media and streaming platforms, so no, Phil's 4th place is laughable the more you think about it.
